The little seaside community of Praa Sands is quite self sufficient; with a superb Blue Flag beach which leads up to a great beach bar, restaurant, surf shop and surf school. The village also has it’s own Post office and General Store. Praa Sands Golf Course is a short walk from the property and warmly welcomes visitors.

Busy fishing ports at Newlyn and Penzance to the West and to the East, the unspoilt and wild Lizard peninsula is a short drive (or even walk via the coastal paths) away.
Don't forget to stop off at Ann's Pasties at the Lizard for a real taste of Cornwall - you'll never eat Ginsters again.
