This is an ideal spot to visit Madrid, a 10 minute drive (20 minute bus ride) from the heart of the capital which also means more peace and quiet and a beautiful garden and pool. Also conveniently situated for other interesting sights. The property is a dettached 300m2 villa with an 800m2 garden with pool. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with hydromassage showers. All sorts of amenities. Laundry and half board included as well as daily cleaning service. There are 4 different common areas, a traditional Spanish patio and ample kitchen as well as a separate dining room. High speed wifi internet access.

The Madrid region
July and August can be quite warm in the capital, so ensure you take adequate measures such as keeping out of the sun during peak times and drink plenty of water, wear sunscreen.
Madrid is full of entertainment, there are great museums such as El Prado or the Reina Sofia (with some of Picasso's greatest works) as well as many others. There is also the Royal Palace and many main streets whose arquitecture are a can't miss.
If travelling with children there is Faunia, and the Madrid Zoo, two theme parks as well as the Science Museum and the Planetarium. There are plenty of cinemas all over, special flamenco (and other) shows, IMAX Great restaurants: all sorts of international cuisine as well as traditonal cuisines from all over Spain and fusion cuisine (mixing traditional and nouveaux).El Escorial, Segovia and Toledo are within relatively close driving distance.
Pozuelo de Alarcon area
-Golf can be practisd near by. -There are also great areas to take walks in. -Many local cinemas and great shopping areas close by. -The climate in Pozuelo is always milder than in Madrid (3 or 4 degrees cooler) and has plenty of shady areas to take refuge under.

Further details indoors: -There are balconies and an ample covered terrace, ideal for the summer. -The house is not equipped with air conditioning, although there is a mobile fan as it is a traditional Andalusian build, very airy house with large windows and thick walls which keep the house cool. -Safety boxes are in place and can be used by the renters
Further details outdoors: -A lovely landscaped garden with plenty of lawn room for sunbathing, a small pergola, outdoor shower and outdoor garden furniture ideal for enjoying the lovely weather. -The pool is suitable for children who can swim and has a deeper end. It is rectangular and is accessed via two sets of metallic steps. -There are additionally 3 parking spaces within the estate which are accessed through a remote controlled gate.
