VILLA: The 450m2 two-storey house has a unique shell and definitely a soul. Its classic style gives a sense of elegance. Spacious and bright, with big rooms, high ceilings and sunny windows. It has a big Terrace with entrance from Dining Room downstairs, and a smaller Balcony with entrance from Queen Bedroom upstairs. Except for main front door, one can also enter the house through garden door. Stylish wrought iron gates and shutters nicely decorate the house.
In the central part of the ground floor there is a big Entrance Hall. It has timber floor and walls and is decorated with hand-woven carpets and crystal chandeliers. From the Hall one can enter a part overlooking the lake where there are two connected, yet separated by sliding doors, elegant Dining&Lounge rooms of 40m2 each. They are of an eclectic design, have timber floor and light painted walls. They are fully furnished. Dining Room has a dining table and chairs sitting six, a dresser as well as an armchair in the Reading Corner. The Lounge Room has couches, armchairs, dressers, chests of drawers and a desk. To the left of Dining Room there is a two-part Glamour Bathroom with originally maintained tiles. It has a wash basin in one and toilet and bathtub in the other part. Next to it there is a fully fitted and equipped Kitchen with a lovely tiled stove originally maintained from the 1950s. It leads to the Garden and Patio under a 100-year-old weeping willow. To the right of the Lounge Room, however, there is a stylishly decorated Corridor leading to the main front door. A distinctive wrought iron railing decorates stairs connecting two floors.
In the central part of the first floor there is a big Relaxing Hall, with timber floor and hand-woven carpet, where one can enjoy paper reading or chatting to their closest. There are 6 Bedrooms upstairs – 2 Master Bedrooms comprising of queen size beds with bed-side tables and wardrobes and 4 Standard Bedrooms comprising of double beds and chest of drawers or book cases. King Bedroom, the biggest one overlooking the lake and measuring 20m2, has Art Deco furniture and stylish wall paper&features. Adjoining garden view Queen Bedroom creates a 25m2 suite with Double Bedroom. They are both decorated in a classic style with turquoise as their predominant color. Remaining Double Bedrooms are with slanted elements and a garden view. More modernly designed they provide a relaxing space in coral and lime colors. One of them creates en suite with a Retro Bathroom with a wash basin in one and a toilet and shower in the other part. It is also connected to a Dressing Room with a walk-in wardrobe. Rooms can be additionally furnished according to individual wishes. Also, we can provide futons and/or inflatable mattresses as well as cots in the remaining rooms if need be.
The villa is ideal for families with children or groups of friends, professionals who want to relax surrounded by beautiful nature or hotheads who wish to get a thrill of water sports on the lake.
GARDEN: The half a hectare exteriors impresses everyone. Not only does the area around the house have a green part where you can relax, but also a concrete part where you can park. The entire area is divided into four parts. The front part has an interesting plant composition. In the rear part, where the garden door is, there is a square under a 100-year-old weeping willow, which is a perfect place to rest or work in the summer. The huge well-maintained garden, mainly covered with grass, but also including broad-leaved and conifer trees is located the furthest from the building. The concrete part is on the sides of the house and the driveway goes from one to the other automated wrought iron entrance gates. The garden is a perfect place for outdoor events too. To the left of the house there is a 50m2 brick storage shed. At the front of the house, under the terrace, there is a 25m2 garage.
DIRECTIONS:
The villa is located in Kiekrz which is within Poznan County, Greater Poland, in west-central Poland. It lies approximately 12 km (8 mi) north-west of the centre of Poznan, and 350km (200mi) west of Warsaw, the capital city.
By car: from Kiekrz boundry, you go straight on along Chojnicka Street, then you turn left and the house is on the right at the end of the street (2 mins by car, 10mins on foot).
By bus: from the last bus stop in Wilkow Morskich Street, with bus link from Poznan City Center, 24/7 service, you go down the street and the house is on the left (1min on foot).
By train: from Kiekrz railway station, with railway link from Northern Poland to Poznan, you go straight on along Chojnicka Street, then you turn left and the house is on the right at the end of the street (5mins by car, 15mins on foot).
If you travel from abroad, it is just a 10-min drive of 12km from Poznań Lawica Airport, 2.5-hour highway drive of 300km from Berlin, Germany, a 6-hour highway drive of 450km from Prague, the Czech Republic and a 7-hour highway drive of 700km from Bratislava, Slovakia.

LOCATION: The villa is situated far enough from neighbours so that you can enjoy peace and intimacy. It is located on a prestigious road and in a safe and quiet part of Kiekrz. In the short vicinity there is the well-known Yacht Club and the lake is just a short walking distance away. Kierskie Lake is the largest water reservoir of the city and one of the largest in Great Poland. In the summer plenty of water sport competitions take place, especially sailing and windsurfing. One can also use the nearby beaches and marinas. The microclimate in Kiekrz attracts many tourists. For many years successful health and rehabilitation centers have existed here. Locals are proud of its newly-refurbished downtown which is a 10min walk from the house address, and where there are an impressive church on the hill from 14th century, school, shopping mall, SPA center, and cafes and restaurants. Kiekrz belongs to the city of Poznan and it is only 20mins away from the city center. Poznan Lawica airport is located 10mins away and it is an easy and non-traffic drive.
GETTING AROUND:
There is ample parking on the concrete part around the villa as well as there is a 25m2 garage in the villa, under the terrace and at the front.
You can easily get here by car as well as public transport. There is good 24/7 transport bus and train service.
It is only 20mins away from Poznan city center. Poznan Lawica airport is located 10mins away and it is an easy and non-traffic drive.
HOUSE RULES:
We expect our guests to be well-behaved. We would appreciate if our guests took care of the villa as much as we took care of them.
PAYMENT RULES:
The charge is based on the number of sleeping requested, which does not always correspond to the number of Guests. Each Double Bedroom sleeps two Guests. If any Guests wish to sleep single in a Double Bedroom or leave the other sleeping for their unexpected Guest, the charge doubles as they occupy two, instead of one typically allocated sleeping. Since the TripAdvisor System does not allow for the distinction and only asks about the number of Guests staying in the villa, we always discuss the desired sleeping arrangements with our Guests before signing the Agreement upon their consent.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We will welcome and say goodbye to our guests. During all their stay, they will make themselves at home and enjoy the comfort of our villa. We will be happy to assist them, but we will not bother them.
Complimentary Fruit/Sweets will be waiting for our guests as well as some Local Tips.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We offer additional services like airport shuttle, city shuttle, cleaning, mowing the lawn in summer, shoving snow aside in winter, laundry&ironing, catering, grocery shopping, beauty treatments, children’s activities, baby sitting, event/party organisation on request and sometimes at extra cost.
Lots of entertainment it is offered as except for typical ones like listening to music or watching films, you can enjoy barbequing in the garden or get even more active and play darts, badminton, football,as well as go trekking.
