Flower Park is a splendid estate of privately owned apartments in one of the most privileged positions on the Amalfi Coast sitting above Positano dominating the town and offering breathtaking views of Positano and the whole coastline which drops down to the sea in a unique panorama.

It is situated just outside the town in a peaceful position but within easy reach of the centre with it's typical narrow streets and shops, adorned with colourful local artisan ceramics and fabrics.

Not to be under estimated is the value of the private parking that Flower Park offers, being a rarity on the Amalfi Coast. The shared swimming pool is in an incredibly panoramic position with a 180° view.

It is ideally situated for those who prefer not to have their own transport (obviously for the more energetic, taking into consideration the characteristics of the Amalfi coast), There is in fact, just opposite Parco a shuttle bus which passes every 45 minutes and will take you down to the centre of the town.

Positano stretches down from the main road (Sorrento to Amalfi) to the beach and the higher part of Positano is approximately 900 metres away from the residence, there is also a short cut via some very steep steps.

From here there are a few essential shops and another shuttle bus every 15 minutes until around midnight, this runs through the whole of the town.

Opposite the residence you will find Costantino's restaurant where you can savour excellent local cuisine and enjoy a splendid view of the coastline.

From the main Positano-Amalfi road, at just 500 mts, during the day time there are buses to Amalfi and Sorrento.

The Campania region

The unique archaeological heritage we can admire today in Campania is the result of centuries and centuries of foreign peoples ruling over this region and influencing its arts and civilization. From the temples of the age of the Magna Graecia and the buried towns of Pompeii and Herculaneum, to the masterpieces kept in the several museums and churches of the region, and the archaeologial excavations of prehistoric sites. Campania is a must if you want to find out about the development of human history and civilization. Campania has always delighted the palate of its visitors offering a wide range of delicate wines for all pockets and typical, delicious dishes. The endless fantasy of its inhabitanst has allowed magic combinations of the fruits of the sea with the fruits of the land originating recipes which have become famous all over the world. Campania is the home of pizza, mozzarella, lemons, and coffee: a real ritual for a worthy end of a meal. A twelve-month bill of events and opportunities to enjoy Campania. A big, fascinating stage where visitors can observe or experience from the inside and feel the History which pervades these places with ancient emotions: the streets of rural villages, the narrow lanes of the coastal hamlets or the fishing villages on the islands of the Gulf.

In the middle of the mountains standing in the background of the towns of Avellino and Benevento, and overlooking the Vesuvius, a thousand years old warden of the History and Culture of Campania, lay the imperial ruins of Pompeii and the still buried treasures of Herculaneum, destinations which cannot be missed. A tour from the past to the present, tradition and modernity along with up-to-date cultural routes: our itineraries will bring you back to the time of luxury and magnificence of the Roman and Greek civilizations and will introduce you to our folk festivals. An old and modern history that Campania relates each day of the year.

Positano

The Amalfi Coast has become famous throughout the world for the unique beauty of its landscapes. The twisting road squeezed between the rocks reveals tantalising glimpses of small villages, secluded bays, and inlets, all looking out over a clear blue sea in stark contrast to the lush green Mediterranean flora which colours the slopes of the hills and cliffs. A journey which leads the traveller not only to towns of world wide fame such as the picturesque Positano, the one time Marine Republic of Amalfi, and the superbly elegant Ravello, but also to lesser known, yet exquisitely beautiful, places such as Nerano, La Marina di Furore, Conca dei Marini, and Praiano. Continuing further along the coastal route one comes upon a series of fascinating towns facing the Gulf of Salerno - Maiori, Minori, Vietri sul Mare, Salerno, and Paestum.

The fascinating costiera and Gulf of Salerno form part of a territory which unites various Mediterranean cultures and where the local traditions are steeped in an ancient past. This is a land where nature and history embrace to create a magical atmosphere, where peace reigns supreme over the shimmering sea, and visitors are left quite simply spellbound.
