Hi, Thank you for visiting our home, I hope you enjoy it.

The tourist tax has been introduced in Positano, From 1 April to 31 October, the cost is € 2,50 per person per day,it isn't included in the price.

Children under 10 years are exempt from payment.

Whatever your journey, relax, wedding anniversaries and events or have any questions do not hesitate to ask. We could help you !!!

This splendid, roomy villa is located in the heart of the town, just moments from all local amenities and a

tempting choice of restaurants and cafes; a very picturesque and atmospheric part of the town.

The top floor benefits from two well proportioned bedrooms, a large bathroom and a good size terrace with

superb views of the town and the coast. The ground floor enjoys a light, airy and spacious living space with an

open plan, fully fitted kitchen/dinner. The living area comprises a fireplace and a double sofa-bed.

The huge tiered terraces, with shaded outdoor dining areas, sun loungers and spectacular views make this house a good choice for a summer holiday in Positano.

The small, decked garden is situated at roof level; lemon tree, figs tree and a sea views compliment this secluded corner, that is perfect for dreaming the day away.

Positano has a network of steep steps and alleys that connect the houses to the internal road which lined with local shops, restaurants and bars. Spiaggia Grande and Fornillo are the main beaches and can be reached, on foot, in a short time. Not much close to level in Positano, but the local mini-bus makes regular circuit, stopping close to the bottom of the stairway leading to the property and connecting Positano with Praiano and Montepertuso.

Hydrofoils, ferries and private large boats leave the dock of Spiaggia Grande, the main beach, daily for the

islands of Capri and Ischia, as well as the towns of Sorrento, Naples, Amalfi and Salerno.

The SITA buses link all the towns and villages along the Amalfi Coast.

We had a lovely time in this apartment. They helped us with our luggage which was terrific. Laura very kindly came back the second day and made the sofa bed up for us. Lovely view and terrace

Why can't I call Laura (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Laura (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
