Posada town Apartment, 800m. (2 mins) distance from the sandy beach of san Giovanni. Only a 15-20 mins drive from San Teodoro , with its wide selection of restaurants and famous wide sand beaches.

The well equipped and modern apartment has two good bedrooms, bath with shower, kitchen area and spacious living room with a balcony ideal for fresh dining, surrounded from a flourishing garden .

The apartment is a 30min drive from Olbia Airport (Costa Smeralda called) where one can get Easyjet flights,RyanAir and other important European companies and a 1hr 50min drive from Alghero where there are Ryanair flights Stansted, East Midlands, Liverpool and many others.

That apartment is ideal for families looking for relaxing time, but for young people too looking for night life in San Teodoro town that is 15-20 min away by car. The advantages of being outside San Teodoro town centre are the better prices for rent in Posada town,the relaxing time you can have in Posada and not in San teodoro cause it s full so much of people,and above all that Posada has such beautiful and clean beaches that guarantee a fantastic vacation.

The Sardinia region
