Portstewart holiday cottage / self-catering 3 bed holiday home with uninterrupted sea views which include Portstewart, Castlerock, Downhill and Benone beaches and sunsets over Donegal / Atlantic Ocean. Only 3 mins walk to promenade, yet quiet location with secure off-street parking.

3 bedroom house tastefully furnished comprising lounge, dining/snug (wood burner), kitchen, bathroom (electrically powered over bath shower) and 3 double bedrooms (one ensuite with electrically powered shower, WC and WHB). Rear dry store. (All reception rooms including main bathroom are on ground floor - bedrooms are on first floor.). Option of additional single bed in master bedroom so that children in family of 5 can have one bed each
Disabled access - ambulant access to the ground floor, with use of sofa bed if requested
Includes 40” smart TV, wireless hifi, oil central heating, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, cooker, microwave, bed linen, and reasonable use of electricity. (Please note that one hand towel is provided at each WHB and kitchen - additional towels can be provided at laundry cost of £0.50 per hand towel and £1.00 per bath towel.)
No smoking or pets.
Booking deposit / holding deposit of £150.00 refunded within 5 working days of departure based on house left generally as found. Full weekly charge payable in advance. Net minimum charge for any duration of stay is £200.00

About this location
The County Londonderry region
Portstewart in located on the north coast, a short distance from such well known attractions as the Giant's Causeway, Bushmills Distillery and Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, as well as the famous coast road.
It is only a 3 mile drive to Coleraine, a good shopping town, under an hour's drive to the current city of culture, Derry / Londonderry and just over an hour's drive to Belfast the capital.
Local airports are approximately an hour's drive, with seaports being just over an hour's drive
Donegal is approximately a 20 mile drive via the ferry across the foyle estuary
Portstewart is one of the most popular holiday resorts on the north coast with an awarding winning beach which can be accessed on foot and by car. There is coastal walk between the promenade and the main beach area
The sea is also favoured for such sea sports as wind surfing and kayaking as well as sea fishing from the coast or by boat hire.
There are also daily boats to Rathlinisland, a popular bird watching sanctuary.
The local river Bann is also used for such water sports as water skiing.
Portstewart and the surrounding area has numerous restaurants as well as locally renowned ice-cream parlours along the promenade.
