Upstairs: 2 doubles, one with ensuite, 1 room with bunk beds - only suitable for children. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available at no extra charge. Space for cot in any of the 3 bedrooms. Family bathroom with shower over bath.
Downstairs: Lounge contains 3 seater, 2 seater and chair for 6. Open plan to kitchen with dining table with seating for 6 . Fully equipped kitchen with range type electric oven and washing machine. Dining area opens with patio doors onto paved area. Outdoor table and chairs and enclosed garden.
Heating: Ofch, gas fire in lounge.

Rich in History
There is an abundance of history and heritage to be found in the area. Both Mussenden Temple, an 18th century folly and the ruins of Dunluce Castle can be found on the edge of dramatic clifftops giving reminders of ancient times. The town of Coleraine itself is full of history and Ireland's oldest settlement at Mountsandel provides an insight into man's early life.
