About the home

Our Holiday home is located just 10 minutes' walk from the beach, on the outskirts of the town often referred to as one of N Irelands Golf Havens. The house is at the end of a terrace of brick built homes. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes from Portstewart and easily accessible to resorts such as Portrush, Castlerock , the house has easy access to all amenities, including the many blue flag beaches of the North Coast, and of course the many excellent restaurants for eating out.
just five minutes drive to the beach. Small private garden for al fresco dining. Based in a quiet cul-d-sac it is Ideal for families seeking relaxation. no through traffic!

The County Derry region

The North Coast is famous the world over for its spectacular scenery-blue flag beaches where you can still park your car! If Golf is your thing you are in Heaven. Try The Distillery at Bushmills for a little Irish welcome. National Trust properties abound including Mussenden Temple and many other famous destinations. Why not do a train journey along the coast described by Michael Palin as "One of the most beautiful rail journeys in the world".

The Portstewart area

This year is incredibly busy with the opening of the New Giants Causeway Visitors Centre-22 Million ponds worth of visitors centre . Also what a year for Golf with The Irish Open being played out just a few miles away in Portrush.
If that's not enough the list is too long to mention all including the Carrick-a Rede Rope bridge, Dunluce castle, all you need is a sense of adventure and a car or bicycle. Sea Fishing trips are a must as you can enjoy the thrill of deep sea fishing whilst cruising past some of the worlds most spectacular scenery.
