Portstewart, which was originally a small fishing village has now become the jewel of the Causeway Coast. Its long, crescent-shaped sea front promenade is sheltered by rocky cliffs and headlands. Just west of the town, and accessible by road or by a cliffside walk, stretches Portstewart Strand, a fabulous, long, sandy beach. Portstewart sits on the northerly tip of Ireland. It has everything required for a fantastic family holiday. It has wonderful beaches, scenic coastal walks, a rocky shoreline along its Promenade, three golf courses, tennis courts, a beautiful harbour and a number of attractive coastal towns and villages as its neighbours.
