This is a mordern 3 bedroom penthouse in the popular area of Strand Road in Portstewart, only 400 yards from Portstewart Champtionship Golf Course. The Penthouse comes with all mod cons such as two flat screen tv's in the lounge and the second bedroom. Free View Sat TV and intergrated Hard Disk system with some movies and music that can be access in the living room. The WC comes with a large walk in shower. The apartment has underground heating.

Portstewart is a very popular costal town which is home to the famous Morrelli Ice-cream. It also has a championship golf course with 54 holes available across 3 courses and one of the longest and most established beaches in the North Coast.

Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Bushmills Distillery and Mussendun Temple are among a few of the local sightseeing attractions in the area.
