Pretoria house is a modern and very bright property, with four bedrooms, reception room, kitchen/ diner, toilet/ bathroom. There are patio doors from the kitchen to the garden which also has a small decking area in the suitable for BBQs.

The interior is white with modern furniture . One bedroom has a wrought iron double bed the remaining three rooms consist of modern single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair. The kitchen is large and also has a dining table.

You can also find the corner shops at the end of the road,and larger shops like the Co-op just 200 yards away. Walking distance to Albert Road and you could also walk 10 - 15 minutes to the seafront. Pretoria is also suitable for parking.

Upon arrival a welcome hamper of wine or chocolates, milk, tea and coffee and fresh flowers await for you.

We provide fresh linen, a bath and hand towel for each guest . A hand towel and floor towel is provided in the bathroom.

This is a family run property and endeavour to give the best possible service to our guests. We also trust that guests will not exceed the maximum booking without consent or bring their pets - if this does happen, we do have the right to ask you to leave and all payment will be kept.

Some of the South Downs are featured in Hampshire which is a lovely area for exploring. Jane Austen and Charles Dickens were both from Hampshire
