In the heart of Portsmouth" The Hard"..2 minutes from Gunwharf, the Historic Dockyard, shops, Trains, Coaches..Ideal location and with parking...Dean House is a cosy terrace home. Built in the 1800's and situated where Brunel was born. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with cobble stones. Dean house has a beach theme, with a single bedroom downstairs and a living room next to it. The kitchen and toilet/bathroom are also on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two single rooms and one double bedroom.

It is suitable for wheelchair uses as parking is just outside and it has a ground floor bedroom.

We are also accredited Landlords from Portsmouth City Council.

There is a small and cute garden with a gate at the back of the house. Dean house, has an excellent location, it takes three minutes to walk to the famous Gunwharf Outlet shopping area (www.gunwharfquays.co.uk) to the historic dockyard with the famous Mary Rose Ship and of course also to the ferry to Gosport, hovercraft to the Isle of Wight and Main train station and coach station.

Dean house is also very near to the main shopping area of Commercial Road. You are able to leave your car outside the property and walk everywhere!

Cutlery, linen and towels are provided.
