This lovely apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with great views and as well as washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and dining area complete with a dining table and six chairs. There is a TV with DVD player, CD Player and Freeview available.
The large en suite bedroom has a very comfortable bed with bedlinen and towels provided for your comfort and convenience.
The comfortably furnished living room area has lovely views of the Harbour Spinnaker Tower and beyond as well as the pretty private gardens. There are two full double sofabeds for your added comfort and flexibility from a well established supplier well known for their high quality.
The apartment is spacious and very comfortably furnished, bright light and airy. There is an allocated and named off street parking space available to the front of the property in a private residents only car park.
The apartment building was built in an attractive Georgian style as part of a private exclusive 5 star development in 1997.

The apartment itself is in a development in the Georgian style which is very attractively presented and well maintained to the residents and Board of Directors very high standards, working in conjunction with the Management Company.
The property has a delightful private shared garden for your use during your stay. Once here a car is not required as all amenities and attractions are on your doorstep. However should you wish to bring your car there is one allocated private off road parking space available.
The beach, which has been mentioned, is great for family days out and is just steps away from the apartment. There are 2 good fish markets and a fishmonger a few minutes walk around the corner located in the Camber Dock which is a lovely traditional working dock and marina.
Gym membership can be arranged prior to or during your stay daily rates are available, please contact us for further details. Vibrant Gunwarf Quays, a pleasant stroll away, can be found by following the Millennium Walk (outside your front door) denoted by a rope pattern etched into the pavement making it very easy to find

The New Forest National Park lies within the borders, as does a large area of the South Downs, which is also scheduled to become a National Park.

Old Portsmouth was where Portsmouth started, it was originally a fortified Garrison town built around the 15th Century and was of strategic Naval importance. Today it forms the charming heart of a landmark waterfront city which has undergone regeneration with The Renaissance of Portsmouth Harbour project.
The Renaissance Trial guides you on a tour from the original fortifications, Camber Docks, Spice Island and to the Historic Naval Dockyard passing a variety of traditional public houses restaurants and cafes.

May – Celebration of Steam at the Historic Boatyard. A must–see for all steam enthusiasts and plenty for the whole family to enjoy. See the website for details.
July – Goodwood Festival of Speed. July - Goodwood Revival. July – August - Glorious Goodwood. Goodwood House and Racetrack is only 40 minutes from Southsea and has several excellent events on during the summer. The Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival take place on the famous Goodwood racetrack and draw thousands of car enthusiasts to the event. Glorious Goodwood takes place at the end of July and is one of the high points in the racing calendar. Goodwood racetrack is considered to be the most beautiful in the world and is set high in the South Downs with views of the Solent. August – Cowes Week – The highlight of the yachting calendar. Over 1,000 boats in 40 different classes will take race this year in a stunning display of sail, speed and boatmanship. Don’t miss the world famous Fireworks display on Friday. Ferries from Portsmouth travel to the Isle of Wight every half hour.
Gunwarf Quays, an award winning waterside leisure complex, Southsea and its many attractions are within short walking distance as is access to the Isle Of Wight. There is direct access to the railway station (Portsmouth Harbour) from the apartment with direct links to Central London.
The facilities at Gunwarf Quays include a host of designer outlet retailers and excellent bars and restaurants. The facility also includes a multiplex Vue cinema, Bowlplex, a Comedy Club, and a Casino. The Isle of Wight can be visited by ferry either as a passenger or with a car for the day, alternatively there is a passenger hovercraft and Fast Cat for shorter trips. There are also round the Island ferry trips that can be accessed from Gunwarf. Harbour Views lives up to its name and is a lovely modern apartment - clean, light & in a terrific location. Trains, buses & ferries are very, close by not to mention the beach and seafront. Gunwharf shopping centre is also close by which even husbands enjoy wandering around - if not for the shops then for the sea views! Helen and Stuart are most delightful landlords who are only a phone call away if you require anything and who genuinely just wish to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The property was in a quiet and good location (near the shopping-center "Gunwharf" and the coastline. The apartment was lightly furnished and the equipment was good. There was an alllocated parking space and free internet access. From the apartment you have a good view on the harbour.
