The Portsmouth and Gosport area is packed with things to do and in recent years has emerged as a favourite waterfront destination. The area offers the opportunity to enjoy an unrivaled mix of history, heritage, specialist shopping, lively arts, great restaurants and bars and a programme of year round events.
The area is renowned for its wealth of water sport activities with sailing, surfing, kite surfing, and jet skiing all available in the vicinity. Outside the apartment, across the courtyard, you’ll be greeted with spectacular views of Portsmouth Harbour from the vantage point of Royal Clarence Marina; from here you’ll see The Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Quays and two of the world’s most famous warships, HMS Warrior, and Nelson's flagship ‘HMS Victory’. The Historic Dockyard, and Gunwharf Quays are both easily accessed using the marina’s water taxi.
The area also offers great opportunities for walking and cycling. A leisurely bike ride to the west takes you along a pleasant coastline towards Titchfield Haven National Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy a wonderful day out exploring the network of paths and boardwalks that take you through the rare and unspoilt landscape, and offer the opportunity observe an abundance of wildlife.
