"Lovely flat, perfect location and helpful owners."
We booked two apartments within the Vulcan buildings with the same owners for a family weekend break. Both apartments were really nice, clean, well equipped, with all the beds made up and ready to go. The location was perfect for a look around old Portsmouth and the historic boats, all in easy walking distance, as were a big selection of well known restaurants. This was perfect for a mixed age group. The owners were very accommodating with our ever changing arrival and departure times and returned the deposit promptly. There is only one parking space per flat, but again the owners made arrangements for additional parking when an additional two cars arrived, again unexpectedly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"What a hidden gem of a place this is!"
The owners were very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home straight away. The location of the property is perfect if you want to be close to Gunwharf Keys and the apartment is stunning. Everything you could possibly want is on your doorstep.

"Excellent place in an excellent location managed in excellent way!"
We booked this very nice property and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of accomodations that situated in Gun Wharf, the best location in Portsmouth. The reception upon arrival was very profissional and we really enjoyed our stay - look forward to coming again. :)

"Wonderful apartment in excellent location"
Slightly worried about booking a private apartment via the holidaylettings website but everything turned out perfectly. Lots of good communication with the owners prior to the visit and they met us as we arrived. They were both very helpful and very friendly. Apartment was well appointed, spotlessly clean and exactly as needed for a short term stay. Only thing minor missing was a large mirror. Location is unsurpassed with restaurants, bars, shopping and water activities within yards of the front door. We will be back.
