Located at the heart of Gunwharf Quays, which is an award winning retail and leisure development, but within a tranquil setting only 100 metres walk from the all the amenities.
If location is important to you then please do not confuse this property with properties in Gosport or Southsea, which are either a ferry ride or a 10 minute walk/car journey away.
The property is within the award winning Gunwharf Quays development with its own allocated parking space at the heart of all the amenities. Once here a car is not required as all amenities and attractions (historic dockyard, spinnaker tower and retail/leisure facilities) are on your doorstep. Further details
A standard non-returnable deposit of 50% of the rate is required at the time of booking. The balance is required to reach us at least 8 weeks prior to your visit. Last minute bookings can be paid for in full by cheque, cash or telegraphic transfer at the time of booking. All prices include linen, towels and a daily electricity allowance. Car parking is for one vehicle with additional parking available nearby. The apartment is available from 4pm on the first day of booking until 11am on day of departure. Weekend and daily rates are available on request.
Conditions
Please note smoking is not permitted within the building or the apartment
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded one week after your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). As the development has just installed an electronic gate a £20 deposit is taken for the entrance gate remote control, which is returned on departure when the remote is returned

The owners were very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home straight away. The location of the property is perfect if you want to be close to Gunwharf Keys and the apartment is stunning. Everything you could possibly want is on your doorstep. |

We booked this very nice property and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of accomodations that situated in Gun Wharf, the best location in Portsmouth. The reception upon arrival was very profissional and we really enjoyed our stay - look forward to coming again. :) |

Slightly worried about booking a private apartment via the holidaylettings website but everything turned out perfectly. Lots of good communication with the owners prior to the visit and they met us as we arrived. They were both very helpful and very friendly. Apartment was well appointed, spotlessly clean and exactly as needed for a short term stay. Only thing minor missing was a large mirror. Location is unsurpassed with restaurants, bars, shopping and water activities within yards of the front door. We will be back. |
