Portsmouth is an historic town with a wide variety of things to do, boat trips, museums, historic ships in the dockyard. A beach and amusements arcades for children, a lovely rose garden, common etc.
Nearby is Chichester, the harbour town of Emsworth and the New Forest. The Isle of Wight with Osborne House and the Garlic farm and the yachting town of Cowes is easily accessible via the Hovercraft or the Fast Cat.

The nearest airport is Southampton airport which is approximately 15 miles away. The M27 motorway is about 2 miles from the apartment 10 mins away. It is located approximately 5 minutes walk to the hovercraft which takes you to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Isle of Wight.

The apartment is located a couple of hundred yards from the common and the seafront and within walking distance of Southsea/Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays. A car is not needed as the apartment is within easy and flat walking distance of everwhere.
