Available with flexible check in days and weekend breaks from Friday to Monday from £300.00 and midweek breaks from Monday to Friday from £400.00.


The apartment is a very large (1020 sq ft), stylish, and innovative conversion within a historic building, featuring exposed 3 foot thick brick walls and elegant sash windows accompanied by all the modern facilities one would expect of a loft style apartment, including wireless internet access and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher. This stunning apartment has 2 large double bedrooms, with split level living accommodation featuring a separate dining area and modern stylish bathroom.

Located at the heart of Gunwharf Quays, which is an award winning retail and leisure development, but within a tranquil setting only 100 metres walk from the all the amenities.

The property is within the Gunwharf Quays development with its own allocated parking space at the heart of all the amenities. Once here a car is not required as all amenities and attractions (historic dockyard, spinnaker tower and retail/leisure facilities) are on your doorstep. There is direct access to the railway station (Portsmouth Harbour) from the development with direct links to Central London.

The facilities include a host of designer outlet retailers and excellent bars and restaurants. The facility also includes a multiplex cinema, Bowling alleysJongleurs Comedy Club, and a casino. The website for the development amenities will provide further details.

The beach at Southsea is accessible via a delighful 5 minute walk following the millenium walk (a rope-patterned line carved into the pavement marks the route and is easily followed around the picturesque fishing harbour.

Further details

A standard non-returnable deposit of 50% of the rate is required at the time of booking. The balance is required to reach us at least 4 weeks prior to your visit. Last minute bookings can be paid for in full by cheque, cash or telegraphic transfer at the time of booking. All prices include a daily utility allowance, linen and towels. Car parking is for one vehicle with additional parking available nearby. The apartment is available from 4pm on the first day of booking until 11am on day of departure. Weekend and daily rates are available on request.

Please note smoking is not permitted within the building or the apartment

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded one week after your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). As the development has just installed an electronic gate a £20 deposit is taken for the entrance gate remote control, which is returned on departure when the remote is returned.

Its location within the Gunwharf complex made it a perfect base for shopping, entertainment and sightseeing.
