Seabreze is a comfortable modern, clean, bright house with a fantastic location, within the Gunwharf Gate Estate, walking distance to the Portsmouth Harbour train station, direct train to London Waterloo in only one hour and a half. The 'Hot Walls' beach is also within short walking distance, only 400 metres away.
The house has three bedrooms on the first floor, one of which is a double. There is an upstairs family bathroom with a shower bath and a downstairs cloakroom.
The lounge leeds into a pretty, south facing garden with a view of the Spinnaker Tower, secure, safe, very private and perfect for BBQs.
Parking is located directly outside the house (parking permits available).
The house is located on the Gunwharf Gate Estate, a peaceful, no-through, walled residential area, less than 5 minutes walk to both Gunwharf Quays, Old Portsmouth and the Camber Docks.
Gunwharf Quays is a cosmopolitan waterfront area where the Spinnaker Tower is located, should you want (on a sunny day), experience increadable views over the Solent and the Isle of White.

"Excellent location,comfortable accommodation,certain to return."
We stayed here for a week 3/8 to 10/8 and had a great holiday much of which was due to the lovely location.On arrival we were met by Florentina who showed us round and gave us local information.The house was clean and well equipped virtually anything you needed was there.We enjoyed a few afternoons in the enclosed garden when the sun was out. We can't think of any negative points and will certainly return to holiday again.

"EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION IN CONVENIENT LOCATION"
Spent a very enjoyable week at Seabreeze. Very convenient location in close walking distance of the main attractions of Old Portsmouth. Florentina went out of her way to make us welcome and to ensure our stay was comfortable. The fresh fruit and milk on arrival was a welcome gesture. The house was very well equipped and immaculately clean. We hope to return. Would be a convenient place to stay for those not wishing to travel by car. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

"Excellent location for a holiday in Portsmouth and Southsea"
This house is perfectly placed to visit Portsmouth being so close to Gunwharf Quays and is easy walking distance to Clarence Pier and the funfair at Southsea. The hovertravel port at Clarence Pier gives easy access, by foot, to Ryde on the Isle of Wight too. There is also a ferry port to Fishbourne right around the corner from the house if you want to take the car onto the island too. The walk into the city centre isn't too bad either for the more energetic, and same can be said of the further seafront at Southsea to South Pier. We were able to leave the car completely for the week, which is a nice change from many holiday rentals, which can often be too far away from the seafront or attractions. It also saves paying parking fees, which can quickly mount up. The house itself is comfortable with a nice private garden. The owner gave us a warm welcome and was kind enough to show us the short cuts through the estate. The estate is very quiet despite the proximity of the Gunwarf and the Ferry port. The owner is currently making a few improvements to furniture and decor which will really help the house as in a couple of places it looks a little tired and in need if the upcoming improvements. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, but we managed OK, just don't attempt to cook a 3 course meal. We really appreciated the extra touches of a bottle of milk, bottled water, fruit, and tea and coffee. Overall this is nice holiday let and is recommended.

I am constantly working on improving the house and since your visit, a lot of things have changed, including the furniture in all 3 bedrooms, and various bits and pieces in the living room. My goal is to deliver good value for money and I hope I have achieved that. With over 30 bars and restaurants within 5 min walk from the house, a lot of people have hardly used the kitchen, but I will revisit its contents and add more pots and pans, etc. for the future. It was a pleasure to welcome you to 'Seabreaze' and I hope to see you again.

"Could not be better for a visit to Portsmouth"
Very nice, comfortable house in an excellent position for Gunwharf(2 mins. walk), ferries, buses, trains and restaurnts(too much choice). We left the car at the house all week! Walks were great and public transport very useful. A day trip to Osborne House (IOW) easily achieved and good value via catamaran and bus. Historic Dockyard only 10 mins. walk through Gunwharf Quays (if you avoid the shopping!). Florentina(the owner) is lovely as well as being very helpful. The house is well equipped, very clean and amazing value.

"Quiet modern house in the heart of Old Portsmouth"
It’s a lovely modern house on a quiet small estate in the heart of the Old Portsmouth & Harbour area. 5 minutes walk one way through a pedestrian gate to Gunwharf Quays and the Tesco Express for essentials and more; 15/20 minutes walk the other way past the Cathedral to the Hot walls beach or spice island to sit and watch the sea and the shipping, or on to Clarence Pier. The garden is great to eat al-fresco . Florentina made us very welcome, and when we arrived there were nice touches like flowers in the house. Well equipped and comfortable.

This house is in an ideal location to visit Portsmouth's many attractions on foot and leave the car behind, saving time and parking costs. The ferry to the Isle of Wight is also just 5 minutes away. Although so close to everything the area was quiet and private. The house was very clean with good quailty linen on the beds. It was great with teenage children to have three bedrooms so they both had their own room but not have to pay for larger accomodation to provide this. It was also lovely to have your own well kept garden. We had a friendly welcome from the owner, who was only at the end of a phone if any problems occured. We hope to stay again and would recommend to others.

"A very lovely place to stay"
We stayed for one month .The location is excellent and quite.There is lovely garden.High speed internet.Great communication with the owner,she is really helpful.We all enjoyed this house.
