The house is on three floors, the top floor with one double room and a play area with hardwired computer access. The middle floor has three bedroom, the master bedroom with ensuite, a family bathroom and a family shower room and two further double rooms. One of these can easily accommodate three as a children's room.
On the ground floor the front room studio doubles as a bedroom, a self contained laundry room and then an open plan living area with kitchen, lounge and dining area. This room has a log burner to complement the central heating if required.
Three bedrooms have TV and the house has wifi throughout. The main TV is in the lounge along with a DVD player and BT Vision recording box.

The house is on a small road with parking outside which is covered by permits that go with the house. The garden courtyard is paved, providing a beautiful setting for meals.
