"Excellent apartment with perfect location"

A family of four had a perfect stay for about a week. The location is in walking distance to museums, shopping, restaurants and sights. Safe parking with locked gates. Well equiped, cosy and modern apartment with large windows and balcony facing the local small harbour for fishing- and leisureboats. Located on first floor; privacy is good. Location is on the Millenium Walk having tourists walkin by below the balcony. Travelling with small children some evenings were spent in the apartment overlocking the quiet life in the harbour without people knowing you are present. This made a very good atmosphere and never boring.

"Very comfortable apartment in a great location"

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and again it met all our needs. It is very well appointed, very comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent with everything either on your doorstep or a short walk away. Portsmouth is a great place for a holiday with lots of by interesting things to see and do. The Isle of White ferry terminal is about 10 minutes walk or a 2 minute drive away so the sightseeing options are endless. Would certainly recommend.

"Super apartment in Portsmouth - the advert pictures don[--]t do it justice!"

We booked last minute with the owner and paid on arrival. The view over the harbour is lovely and the place is a ten minute walk to Gun Wharf quay. Pictures on the website don't do it justice. Beautiful views of the harbour, quiet location. Spotlessly clean apartment, near good restaurants and pubs, secure parking, cheaper than putting up the family at Holiday Inn at Gun Wharf were we stayed for the previous 3 days. Friendly and helpful owners.
Nice walk across the road which brings you to Southsea. The place was well equipped with TV DVD and good cable tv and free high-speed internet. Security deposit was paid back without problems. Can't wait to find an excuse to visit again!
Highly recommended.

"Great location to spend your coastal holidays"

We stayed in the Spinnaker Views apartment for one week in July 2012. Old Portsmouch is a perfect place to spend a week of your holidays. Old meets new there, a lot of things to do and see. The apartment is in fact 'in the middle of it'. All key places and events are on walking distance, the views from this apartment (Spinnaker tower on the left, ferryboat harbour, harbour with private boats, a nice tavern, some nice apartment buildings) are stunning, different activities all day!
The apartment itself is on the first floor of the building, private parking place is perfect and easy accessible. One staircase, no problem. Nice, contemporary apartment with two cool bedrooms, with perfect beds on the quiet side of the building. Nice balcony, although a bit small for 3 people, a smaller table would help there. Two bathrooms, spacious living room, modern kitchen. Furniture, etc. OK. All Kitchen items are there, however, the quantity of items (for example cups, etc.) could be a bit bigger per item.
Wifi, flatscreen, DVD's, etc., it's all there. Did we miss anything? Maybe an extra dustbin in the bathrooms. A (real) tea towel/kitchen towel set.
If we had a question, it was immediately taken care of by a friendly Stuart, who seemed to be in a hurry all the time. A deposit is asked but immediately returned after the stay.

So, nice, modern, apartment, great stay, perfect environment.

ps the owners are not responsable for the weather, but we had the most beautiful and sunny weather one could imagine in the south of the UK, which really helps making your holidays a success!
