Great apartment in Southsea part of Portsmouth only about 10-15 minutes walk from the sea, train station or other local attractions. It is a self-catering flat for up to 4 people to stay (double bed and a corner sofa bed), situated in a quiet residential area. If you are traveling with family or friends, I would say it is the best option to stay.

The apartment is situated on the first floor (in a 2 floor building) and has one good size bedroom, an open plan living/sitting room, wi-fi, flat screen TV with freeview channels, DVD player with a small collection of DVDs; fitted kitchen with a breakfast table and 4 bar stools. Good size bathroom with WC, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Kitchen is equipped with a gas oven/hob, microwave oven, kettle, small fridge/freezer and all kitchen utensils.

You don't need to worry about such things as tea, coffee, sugar, breakfast cereal and milk – it will be waiting for you in the apartment on your arrival.

Southsea has a thriving commercial area which includes two nation department stores and many other well-known high street chains. It combines there large stores with numerous independent traders which includes charity shops, food retailers and furniture/household goods shops. Depending on your interests and budget, I can tell you more. There are museums, theatres, art galleries; shopping centres, cinemas, clubs; cosy local shops with a huge range of goods or services; lovely places to drink some wine and listen to live jazz… Just ask!

Ferries, boat trips, buses and trains are in a walkable distance from the apartment. All depends on how long are you staying and how much do you wanna see.
