Located at the heart of Gunwharf Quays, which is an award winning retail and leisure development, but with a tranquil setting overlooking the amenities allowing you to maximise the views of the Solent towards the Isle of Wight.
The property is within the Gunwharf Quays development with its own allocated underground parking space at the heart of all the amenities. Once here a car is not required as all the amenities and attractions (historic dockyard, spinnaker tower and retail/leisure facilities) are on your doorstep. There is direct access to the railway station (Portsmouth Harbour) from the development with direct links to Central London and the car and foot ferries to the Isle of Wight are adjacent to the development.
The facilities include a host of designer outlet retailers and excellent bars and restaurants. The facility also includes a multi screen cinema complex, Bowling alleys, Jongleurs Comedy Club, and a casino. The website for the development amenities will provide you with further details.
The beach at Southsea is accessible via a delightful 5 minute walk past the picturesque fishing harbour, following the millennium walk (a rope-patterned line carved into the pavement marks the route and is easily followed).

A standard non-returnable deposit of 50% of the rate is required at the time of booking. The balance is required to reach us at least 6 weeks prior to your visit. Last minute bookings can be paid for in full by cheque, cash or telegraphic transfer at the time of booking.
All prices include a daily utility allowance, linen and towels. Car parking is for one vehicle with additional parking available nearby. The apartment is available from 4pm on the first day of booking until 10am on day of departure. Weekend and daily rates are available on request.
Please note smoking is not permitted within the building or the apartment
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded one week after your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). As the development has just installed an electronic gate a £20 deposit is taken for the entrance gate remote control, which is returned on departure when the remote is returned.

We stayed for five nights and had a great time.
The apartment was outstanding in quality and cleanliness.
Neerja and Joanne were very friendly and extremely accommodating on arrival and departure times and were a pleasure to deal with, we could not have asked for anything more.
It makes such a difference that the owners check you in and out and no doubt leads to such a high standard of the accommodation.
It's a great base for sightseeing ,shopping and eating out everything is on the doorstep.We only got the car out of the free secure parking once to go to the Isle Of Wight.
I loved the fact that my husband and twenty year old could go and do the boy sightseeing and I could feel safe in the apartment watching the world go about its day and then have a potter around the shops with plenty of coffee stops!
It was lovely to meet you all and we really appreciate you taking the time to post a review, which is always lovely to receive.

The apartment is absolutely first class. Fixtures and fittings are all best quaity. It is in the midle of everything. Beach, shops, restaurants all within minutes walk.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst moving our daughter out of Uni accommodation. From the initial enquiry to the end of our stay the owners were very efficient and very friendly. The apartment is lovely has great views and the bonus of secure parking. Very well placed for all that Portsmouth has to offer. We will definitely stay here again.
