Bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment, sleeps 6, enjoying spectacular views over to Gull Rock from the living room. Recently refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen, bathroom and flooring.

The living area has glorious sea views towards Naire Head and is close enough to hear the sea as its only yards from the beach which makes this apartment the perfect holiday location.

There are 3 bedrooms which sleep 6. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed and fitted wardrope. Both of the larger rooms have solid ash furniture.

The lounge/living area is fitted with a corner sofa, tub chair, LCD TV, CD, DVD player, Sony Playstation 2, dining table and seating. There is a selection of books and dvds. There are also binoculars as you could stare at the view for ages.

The newly fitted modern kitchen is fitted with an electric halogen cooker, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, Bosch dishwasher and more than enough equipment for 6 people..

The newly fitted family bathroom has a bath with Mira Electric Power shower over, sink and storage. There is a separate WC.

The utility area includes washing machine and condenser tumble drier plus cleaning/ironing facilities.

The downstairs hallway has storage for coats and shoes plus a large cupboard of beach equipment and games you are welcome to use. Up the stairs is a landing with heating and a large storage chest with a supply of games.

All rooms have modern electric heating.

WiFi available in the apartment from May 2015..

Recently refurbished with new kitchen and bathroom. New oak flooring on entrance, landing and utility area. The kitchen has a halogen cooker, Bosch dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and all new fittings. The utility area has a washing machine and condenser tumble drier.

Hairdryers are located in the king size and twin bedded rooms.

Free wifi is available.

There is no garden at the property as it is so close to the sea, there is a small bench at the front of the property which catches the evening sun and is ideal for watching village life with a glass of wine. There is a bbq available to take to the beach.

Although there is no allocated parking at the property it is fine to unload outside before parking either in the village. When the parking restrictions are in place there are spaces on The Lugger or outside the pub. Otherwise you can park on the hill which is also free. There is a big free car park at the top of the hill but we have never had to go up that far even in August.

The Roseland Peninsula region

The Roseland peninsula is one of the most picturesque and unspoilt parts of the British Isles with tranquil beaches, breathtaking cliffs, delightful countryside, pretty villages and hamlets all make the Roseland the perfect holiday setting.

In springtime admire the gardens with camelias, magnolias, azalias and daffodils adorning.

In summer enjoy the sailing and beaches, there is always be something to keep the whole family entertained.

A complete range af activities are available including excellent walks, some of the best sailing in the country, rock pooling and so much more.

The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within 1/2 hours drive. The cathederal city of Truro is easily accessible either by road or via the King Harry ferry and Falmouth is ideal for shopping or sightseeing. Lands End is approx 40 miles away and if you fancy surfing then the north coast is only a short distance from the Roseland.


Portscatho is an attractive fishing village with a small beach with boats moored inside the harbour. In the immediate vicinity there is a grocery, bakery and a general stores, a butcher, artists gallery, gift shop and post office. The Plume of Feathers Inn, the Harbour Club and the Boathouse restaurant nearby.

In addition to the village beach, Porthcurnick Beach to the north is simply stunning.
