This spacious bungalow overlooking the West Bay has a unique view over the ever changing sea and is a short walk from the beach and town centre.
Recently refurbished throughout, Olivet is a perfect spot for families, friends or may be just "the 2 of us".
Step out the front gate and down the path for a surf or onto the Ulster Way and Antrim Coastal Path. Grab your clubs and head for the many local golf courses, or maybe just relax and enjoy the views as you sit by the open fire in the lounge!
Play games or chat in the modern open plan kitchen dining area, which is fully equipped with all appliances. (Although at sunset the view from the sink is still one of the best in town!).
The master double bedroom and second bedrooms both have sea views and further accommodation is provided in a bunk room and single bedroom. Wash off the sand from the beach or have a lazy bubble bath in the newly refurbished family bathroom.
The private garden is ideal for BBQs or for children to play safely. There's off-site parking for 1 vehicle and storage for bikes, golf clubs and surfboards in the garage.
An ideal base from which to enjoy all the Causeway Coast has to offer or just relaxing with family and friends.

The Antrim coast has been a legendary holiday destination ever since the Scottish giant Benandonnar came across the Giants Causeway to visit Finn McCool. Overawed by the Irish giant's hospitality, Benandonnar decided not to stay long, but for most others the scenery, history and hospitality of the area are an irresistible lure that will have you coming back again and again.
Aside from the mythical beauty of the Giants Causeway, there are numerous dramatic and intriguing spots along the coast including Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Dunluce Castle and Mussenden Temple.
Those who enjoy activity holidays can try the many great surfing spots or maybe horseriding on the sands of Magilligan Strand. Inland the Mountains of Mourne and Glens of Antrim are a must for walkers whilst the many country and coast roads are a great day out for cyclists. Golfers can tee off on the many fine golf courses and maybe rub shoulders with champion golfers Darren Clarke and Graeme MacDowell. Fishing and boat trips can be easily arranged throughout the area, or just head down to the rocks for a little sea angling.
Whiskey lovers will enjoy a tour of the Bushmills Distillery and everyone will enjoy the many lovely restaurants and coffee shops to be found in the area.
Excellent road and rail links provide easy access to the attractions of Belfast - which include the newly opened Titanic exhibition, Belfast zoo, City Hall, Stormont Castle, The Belfast Opera House, Waterside Hall and many excellent shopping areas - and the walled city of Londonderry with it's historic cathedral and guild hall.
The Portrush / West Strand area
Portrush has long been one of, if not the, North of Irelands top holiday towns and offers all the essentials of a great seaside town:- blue ribbon beaches, award winning icecream parlours and Barry's Amusements Arcade.
In the evening there are many great pubs and restaurants, plus nightclubs and theatre both in Portrush and the nearby towns of Portstewart and Coleraine.
It popularity means that Portrush hosts a varied programme of events throughout the year including the NorthWest 200 Motorbike Races (May), Portrush Raft Race (May), Airshow (September) and Fireworks (November).
