Beautiful houses and gardens to take inspiration from . There are companies that offer walking tours, water based activities, cooking and art and craft workshops - and of course, the fabulous beaches, ranging from small fishing coves to miles of golden sand.
Add to this a temperate climate, with the sun often shining here when it isn't elsewhere and you have the perfect holiday destination
Tehidy is the largest area of woodland in West Cornwall. Now owned and managed by Cornwall Council as a Country Park, Tehidy has over 9 miles (14.5km) of paths and 250 acres of peaceful woods and lakes to explore, together with a café and a picnic area. Westwood House is situated in 50 acres of gardens which is in turn surrounded by Tehidy Woods.
