We originally booked for 3 nights loved it so much we stayed a extra night, the photos do not do this house justice, the house was huge and spotlessly clean, it had everything that you would need for a holiday. The area was peacefull and tranquil, we got to see pheasants and rabbits sadly did not glance a deer (but maybe next time). Graham the owner was brilliant and catered for all out needs. We are now planning our 2nd trip for february. You will not be dissappointed with the house, and definately recommend it.

"Beautiful property, would highly recommend."
Stayed at Cairnhapple house for 3 nights to celebrate a family members 60th birthday. The house itself exceeded all our expectations. It was immaculately presented with an ideal layout for either a large family or a group of friends. The views and the outdoor space were fantastic too.
I would just like to add that the photographs on the website do not do this house the justice it deserves. In reality the rooms are much larger, and the high level of decor and attention to detail which isnt evident in the photographs is second to none.
Was great value for money compared to other properties we viewed.
Will definately book Cairnhapple house again in the near future.
Thanks for a great weekend.

Our party consisted of 4 adults and 4 children, of which the ages ranged from 10 - 80. We all had the most fabulous time.
The house itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessy clean and has had alot of thought put into the design, decor and soft furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need.
This spacious house easily lent itself to the age gap within the party. The children had their own chill out area between the 2 upstairs bedrooms where there is comfortable sofa's a tv/dvd player, games and books which have all been provided.
The house is in a beautiful location, the living room facing out towards a large pond which has lots of water foul and the garden has a great deal of wildlife visiting at different times of the day.
The house is surrounded by woodland, which also belongs to the house owner. This was invaluable as the childern, when we were at the house, were never out of it.
The owner Graham was very helpful and friendly on our arrival, and the same again when we reluctantly had to hand his house back to him.
We stayed here for a week, wishing when it was time for us to depart that we could have stayed longer. The weather had been on our side and we had made the most of it. There is beautiful scenery, views and beaches all within 30 mins drive.
We would not hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend to a friend.
