Home description
The villa is situated in a quiet, remote place among maquis in natural surroundings. A little river streams beside in winter. There you may see the sun rising on the Palombaggia bay in the morning and enjoy the bird song. The house is divided in two parts:
1) a large living space including a kitchen corner. From the living-room, a large bay window (3,8 meters when opened completely) leads to the terrace with pool incorporated and shows the bay of Palombaggia until Sardinia island. The kitchen is fully equipped and has got its own bay windows that leads to the terrace.
2) a sleeping space separated from the living-space by a few steps. There, are two bedrooms. One of them has its own bathroom and toilet; the other one must cross a corridor to reach the shower-room. The two bedrooms has a small balcony.
The sea view can be seen from either the living-room, the kitchen, the bedrooms or the terrace.

The Corsica region
Corsica is an island that has a thousand of different faces. It may be sandy beach or rocky coast, it may be mountain or plains, maquis or woods, dry in summer but green in winter. Walk for five minutes and the landscape will change. The Corsicans are a proud people, who will never accept the domination of foreign powers!
Porto-Vecchio / Palombaggia area
Porto-Vecchio is a little resort town. It is an old Genoese fortification with a very interesting old city. Palombaggia is one of the most famous beaches in Corsica. It has kilometres of white sand and turquoise water and is ideal for sunbathing on. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at a nearby restaurant whilst looking out over the waves.
How to get there
The best way is to fly to the Figari Airport that is half an hour driving from the house.
