About the home

Marina Rossa residences are situated on the edge of the beautiful Golfe de Porto Vecchio, in a select, attractively landscaped private park amid cork oak and pine trees. The peaceful setting also enjoys extensive views to the distant mountains of the Parc Régional whilst the famous sandy beach at Cala Rossa is barely 10 minutes’ walk away; you can leave the car behind and make the most of the range of water sports such as water skiing and sailing. The four recently-built terraced villas are stylish, unusually spacious and equipped to a very high standard. They are all fully air-conditioned for your comfort:

The Corsica region

The beautiful island of Corsica, rising impressively from the azure waters of the Mediterranean, is just waiting to be discovered. Often referred to as the 'Ile de Beauté', it stands defiantly as the most southerly outpost of mainland France. One of only a handful of islands to have escaped the worst excesses of modern tourism, the island boasts an extraordinary variety of pristine beaches, three of which were recently voted the finest in Europe, as well as an abundance of wildlife and rare birds.

Magnificent beaches of white sand, lapped by the translucent waters of the Mediterranean are found in this delightful part of the island.
The scenic harbours of Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio boast a huge variety of restaurants and boutiques, whilst the limestone headland upon which Bonifacio sits is one of the most photographed sites in France.
The majestic high mountains of the interior, dominated by the awe-inspiring Col de Bavella, are less than one hour's drive from Porto-Vecchio.

“A fantastic, relaxing and fun-filled family holiday.” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marina Rossa. The villa is lovely. It's clean and comfortable, in a very peaceful and quiet location with every amenity you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The owner, Marc, was on hand to answer any questions we had and, as a local Corsican, he was able to provide good information about places to visit on the island. As we arrived late in the evening, we were delighted to find that Marc had left provisions for us so that we could have something to eat and drink on arrival which was very helpful. The beautiful local beach, a short stroll from the villa, is ideal for young kids. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and are already planning to return.
