This small Villa is located in Porto Rafti which was an old fishing village that has kept its charm (and still has fresh fish landed every morning), while developing as a beautiful holiday resort with sandy beaches for the Athenians. Set on a quiet road 800 meters form the sea, the villa has been designed and furnished with great attention to ensure trouble free holidays while creating a warm and homely atmosphere.
The house has a lovely garden and a swimming pool where you can have your breakfast, lunch and of course it is ideal for evening meals, barbecues and for enjoying the local wine in the moonlight.
With one queen, one double and two single bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families or 'get-togethers', with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay, such as swimming, playing golf, water sports and sight-seeing.

The Attica region
Only 8Km away from our villa is the ancient archaeology monument of Vravrona along with the archaeological museum containing treasures and statues dating from BC. And then of course, there is the famous temple of Poseidon, located in Sounion – must definitely be visited at sunset.
Visiting Athens with the world famous sites, such as th Acropolis, wander the lovely areas below the Acropolis called Plaka and Monastiraki, enjoy the super shopping that Athens offer, and why not join the one day cruise that leaves from Piraeus on a daily basis to the islands of Aegean, Poros and Hydra.
The town of Markopoulo is alsofamous for the Olympic 2004 games that were held there – these two superb centres re the Olympic Equestrian Centre (where national and international competitions are held on a regular basis_ and the Olympic Shooting Centre.
Porto Rafti / Agia Marina area
Porto Rafti (Greek: Πόρτο Ράφτη), official name: Limin Mesogeias (Greek: Λιμήν Μεσογείας) or Limani Mesogeias (means port of the Mesogeia region), is a seaside town. As of 2001, its population was 7,131. It surrounds the Porto Rafti Bay in the east coast of Attica, 38 km from the centre of Athens, Greece.
It is also located very close to the new Athens International Airport, the Attiki Odos and to the closed Olympic Equestrian of Athens. Porto Rafti is part of the Markopoulo Mesogeias municipality in the East Attica prefecture.
The town is known for its beaches, restaurants serving traditional Greek food (tavernas), hotels and apartments for rent during the holidays. In Porto Rafti, thousands of Athens' residents have built their country-houses for their holidays
