In Attica there are 3 important ports Peraius,Rafina and Lavrion,from where the traveller can take the boats or the high speed ferries to the famous sunny greek islands (Creta, Mykonos, Paros, Santorini, Rhodes and many many others).
Porto Rafti / Agia Marina area
Porto Rafti or Limani Mesogeias (means port of the Mesogeia region), is a seaside town, engulfing the picturesque Porto Rafti Bay in the east coast of Attica, 38 km from Athens downtown and very close to the rest Attica. The port was a major trading place during the Ancient times and until the collapse of the Roman Empire. In Porto Rafti thousands of Athens' residents have built their country-houses for their holidays. The climate there, is typically Mediterranean with many clear sandy beautiful beaches, bar-restaurants serving traditional Greek food, fish tavernas by the sea, cafes and cinemas, shopping centres, sport facilities - tennis, basketball, football, serfing, sealind boats, waterskiing e.t.c.
How to get there
Fly to ATH (Athens International Airport) and it would be our pleasure to pick you up from there! Even if you will decide to rent a car we will be there to welcome and drive you to “Magie’s World” our complex of studios, suites and villas. Of course we will be always at you disposal for any further information that you may need to plan your holidays in Greece. Further details outdoors: The complex is highly secured and the access is allowed only to the owners and their guests. Completely safe for children. The garden is full of fresh flowers, rose gardens and beautiful trees. There is lovely grass for children's play all around the houses.
Conditions
To confirm your booking a 50% deposit of the total rent is required. The subtotal must be payed max. 3 days prior to arrival.
Early confirmed bookings make our planning easier. Therefore we offer 10% reduction for bookings up to 3 months before arrival and 5% reduction for bookings up to 45 days before arrival. Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled, but if the availability allows it, we can alter the date of your stay.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300€ required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Prices are per suite/per week up to 5 people and include : TRANSPORTATION from the airport (up to 4 people), all local calls, wireless internet access, private parking space, all bills of electricity, water and air conditioning , bed linen, bath towels and a luxury package of toiletries. Fresh flowers, a special bottle of wine, a basket of fresh fruits and chocolates are offered from us as a WELCOME GIFT.
At the hottest times of year (July & August) electricity usage may be monitored to ensure that air conditioning is not left on whilst the appartment is unoccupied or whilst external doors or windows are open. Excessive use may result in an additional charge at the owner's discretion.
Only the guests specified on the booking form are permitted to stay in the appartment during your holiday. Any changes must be notified before the commencement of the holiday.
