Only 45 minutes from Palma airport and within easy reach of 6 lovely beaches, shopping, golf, horse riding, spa and other sights including Caves of Drach and many others. The villa is only 5 mins drive from nearby Cala D’Or with numerous restaurants, take-aways, shops, bars and clubs. If you want to venture into the capital, then it is only approx 40 mins into Palma itself where there are restaurants, shows, concerts and lots more! Porto petro is an unspoilt village. It has lovely restaurants overlooking harbour, serving fresh fish and local produce.

The beautiful island of Mallorca has something to offer everyone. The pleasant climate of May and September is the perfect time to take a well earned holiday to unwind. During the summer months, the climate is stronger giving you lots of time to build the perfect tan and enjoy a day on one of the 7 fantastic beaches known as coves or "Calas" that Cala d'Or has to offer.
The capital city of Palma is a beautiful place to visit with tourist attractions such as the Cathedral or the weekly market - why not take a day out in this beautiful city.
There are many other excursions available to suit all tastes from market excursions to the Caves of Drach where you will experience a truly magical time. There are several water parks around the island to provide enjoyment for all the family or why not enjoy an evening of dinner and a show at one of the well known places such as Son Amar.
The island of Mallorca is so easy to explore with several options of transport for you to choose from. Buses run regularly around the island or perhaps you fancy booking an excursion giving you the opportunity to visit several attractions in one day. Alternatively, you can hire a car from one of the many car hire establishments or for the more energetic guest, bicycle hire is also available around the island.

Water sports at Cala D'Or and Porto Colom. Scuba diving at Cala Ferrera in Cala D'Or. Deep sea fishing available on sea queen at nearby Porto Colom. Caves of Drach within 25 mins drive away. Daily markets in local villages and main one at Inca on weekly basis. Also car boot every Saturday at Magaluf (approx 1.5 hours away).

Further details indoors: There is heating available for people visiting in winter months along with a wood fire in the lounge. Although not specifically wheelchair adapted, there is one downstairs bedroom and en suite, self contained. There are approx 8 wide steps down to the pool off the large terrace area. The villa itself is on a slight hill overlooking the village so car hire would be recommended for those hard of walking and needing a wheelchair.
Further details outdoors: BBQ available. Large wooden table and 6 large wicker chairs on the main terrace, off the lounge and dining area. There is a small plastic table and chairs and sun loungers on main terrace by pool. There is also a plastic table and chairs on the upstairs balcony terrace. The pool is private, approx 12ft by 20ft (not exact) and not heated. Inflatables and towels for guest use kept in garage. Basketball hoop over garage door, table tennis table in garage.
Further details
Flexible on dates, but party must depart by 11am if another party arriving that day for new holiday. This is to allow the cleaner to get in and clean the villa before new party arrives.
Conditions
20% deposit required to secure booking - non-refundable in case of cancellation. Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure in addition to £150 damage deposit which is refunded within 7-10 days of you leaving the apartment should everything be satisfactory.
