Offering total seclusion, this front line villa has a private entrance off the no through road. The transfer from Palma Airport takes only 40 minutes and from entering through the front doors of this prestigious building, you will see through the fabulous villa and your eyes will go past the stunning swimming pool to the beautiful sea beyond. On opening the patio doors, you will hear the waves gently lapping against the rocks and you will be transported into another world.

This private, sophisticated villa has a stunning decor throughout and evokes a calm and relaxed feel. Spend your days relaxing by the beautiful swimming pool, sit on the terrance in the evening and watch the sun go down, casting beautiful images on the ocean, smell the fresh sea air and relax. With the acclaimed Cala Mondrago beach only five minutes away, you will find it easy to have everything you are looking for. Fabulous restaurants are nearby, so relax and enjoy!

The Mallorca/Majorca region

The beautiful island of Mallorca has something to offer everyone. The area of Porto Petro is a lovely quiet place, with no large ugly hotels, just character buildings and beautiful scenery.

Porto Petro is a small, beautiful port with a lovely view over the harbour from many of the excellent restaurants. Cala Mondrago beach is situated in a National Park, so there are no ugly buildings - just beautiful trees, beaches and sea.

There are many excellent restaurants situated near the villa and the details of these are kept in the villa for booking purposes.


Porto Petro area

Just down the private road to the villa, you will find spa, tennis and gym facilities at the Blau Hotel. There is the market at Santanyi to visit and there are many fiestas in neighbouring towns during the summer months, which attract all the locals.
There is horse riding available nearby and trampolening in Cala D'Or and Cala Egos. Deep sea fishing is available on sea queen at nearby Porto Colom and the Caves of Drach are withing a 25 minute drive from the villa.
We also have a two cabin 34 foot Windy Khamsan available for daily or weekly charter, it is situated in Porto Petro.

Easy jet are the best value for money and fly to Palma, Mallorca from Gatwick, Luton and Stanstead.
Monarch and other airlines also go directly.
I can recommend Autos Roig rent a car, which I can book for you.
Our villa is situated a t 40 minute drive from Palma airport.

Further details indoors:
The twin beds can be pushed together to make a king size bed. The cots can be moved into any room.
The kitchen has two trip trap high chairs and there is another highchair available for a baby.
There is under floor heating throughout and fans situated in every room for those people who prefer not to use air conditioning. There are plenty of children's toys situated in the sitting room cupboards. There are plenty of baby products (potties, changing mats, etc etc)!
There is one ground floor bedroom and bathroom which could be used for someone who finds it difficult on the stairs. For young children, there are wrought iron gates situated at the top and bottom of all the stairs. There is also a lockable gate situated by the patio doors so children can be kept safely inside while the patio doors are left open in the summer.

Further details outdoors:
BBQ available which is kept in the underground garage. Sunbeds are outside situated by the pool. Plenty of children's toys for the beach/pool etc situated in the garage. There is a large external marble table which is situated under the upstairs patio. We have a double push chair and bicycles with seats for toddlers on the back. The pool and patio etc are cleaned every Monday, Wednesday and Friday by our handyman and his company.


Further details

Flexible on dates, but trying to keep the bookings Wednesday to Wednesday as flights seem to be most reasonable on this day of the week. Check out time is usually 11am, but will depend on the arrival time of the next guests so the cleaners have a chance to get the villa ready.
We are very trusting with regard to our villa and would only consider small family parties.


Conditions

50% deposit to secure booking - non refundable in case of cancellation. Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure in addition to £1000 damage deposit, which is refunded within 7 days of you leaving the villa should everthing be satisfactory.
