With a 10 minute drive away from the beautiful village of Porto Heli the property benefits from all amenities.

Want to let loose in the turquoise waters of the sea? Take a 10 minute drive and chill out or play with your children in one of the nearby beaches. Indulge in Greek traditional delicacies in one of the nearby tavernas straight from the beach and prepare yourself for a siesta in the comfort of air conditioned MamaMiaVilla rooms. Not in the mood to wonder around? Prepare the meal you want at the villa or let us arrange for a traditional Greek part time cook.

Take an evening stroll around the village of Porto Heli, enjoy Greek traditional pastries and have a Frappe coffee in one of the cafes on the port or rent a bike and explore the area. Have a drink and "meze" (appetizers) at the villas while enjoying the sun setting.. Fancy a movie? Head to the Porto Heli open air cinema and watch a different blockbuster every day

Coctail hour in the villa? throw in some tunes on the ipod doc and chill out on the terrace alone or with friends!!

Want to explore other areas? Head to the port of Costa (just a 10 minute drive away from the villas) jump into a seataxi and head on a 10 minute drive to Spetses island or go there the traditional or romantic route as they say on the traditional kaiki boat which takes 20 minutes to get there but is inexpensive and surely worth it. Note that the last kaiki sails from Spetses back to Costa at 23:00 or 00.00 depending on the season. Please make sure to check that day. Otherwise you can still take a seataxi back after 00:00.

Walk around the "sokakia" (little streets) of Spetses and explore the folklore shops, or go on a horse carriage. Pick and choose among Greek, Italian, and Japanese cuisines and get the best of quality food whether you are in a chilled out mood or want to have a more special evening. Dance the night away in the bars and clubs in the old Port of Spetses.

There is parking space for 3 cars across the 4 properties and hence access to each of the front doors. However we suggest that guests park just outside of the properties.

Conditions

50% deposit to be paid upon booking and second instalment to be paid one month before start date of booking. Payment fully refundable if cancellation notification is given one month before initial booking date.

Only well behaved pets allowed.
Smoking allowed in all areas but prohibited in the bedrooms.
