Located within a small gated development the villa has privacy and security and stands on a quarter of an acre.This well appointed holiday villa is furnished in a modern/contemporary style with cool colours and attention to comfort and relaxed living.

The inside-outside open plan makes for easy access to all areas on the ground level from kitchen to dining to swimming and sunbathing on the deck .You have uninterrupted views of the sparkling sapphire Aegean Sea during the day and breathtaking sunsets. The stone floors throughout the villa offer a cool retreat from the heat of the sun.

A large covered BBQ and dining area is perfect for al fresco dining.

The pretty enclosed garden is full of colour and wonderful fragrances.

Cool crisp linen and a superbly comfortable bed is the perfect way to end each day.

The villa is perfect for couples and families of up to 6 people, the master bedroom has a king size bed.


Villa Cassandra and Villa Anastasia are opposite each other giving the opportunity for both villas to be booked for larger families and/or friends.

The ground floor comprises an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a utility room and WC. The well equipped kitchen will provide you with all you need to prepare meals, relax and feel at home in the villa.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and one of which has an en-suite bathroom. In addition to this there is a separate family bathroom. There are fitted cupboards throughout, and air conditioning.

There will be an ipod docking station in the Villa as well as a variety of games for anyone needing some extra entertainment.

The Peloponnese region


the region is also home to the ancient city of Mycenae which lies 50 km away and the ancient theatre of Epidaurus , where performances still take place every summer is just 40km away.

The Town of Kranidi with its neo classical houses is just 8 km away.

The historic and picturesque city of Napflion which was modern Greece's first capital city is 30km away.

The Island of Spetses is a short and simple water taxi ride.

The Island of Hydra is a little further but still within reach.

The Island of Poros is also within reach.

Porto Heli

There is a wealth of marine life that can be enjoyed by snorkeling or scuba diving, and for those who like a more active holiday, there is a local water sports school.

Porto Heli is a beautiful natural harbour on the eastern side of the

Peloponese across from the Islands of Hydra and Spetses. Athens airport is approximately a two hour drive or via the port of Pireaus a high speed

Catamaran also takes also takes about two hours.

Porto Heli is the nearest village to the villa, just 5km away.

You will find restaurants,shops,bars and cafes. There is a choice of supermarkets with an abundance of fresh produce available.

Porto Heli also has an open air cinema.

Boats can be hired if you would like to explore the coastline.

There is a local,highly recommended sailing club.

The villages of Kilada and Ermioni have a market day each week on Thursday.

"Beautiful villa with fantastic view overloooking the sea"

"great house, perfect location"

The house is great to discover the peloponeso. Wonderful views of the sea, very nice pool, very well equiped, with new furniture. The space outside to eat and stay is marvellous. Small beach just down the road.
