About the home

Exceptional apartment very tastefully decorated with ocean views. Very relaxing retreat for all the family. The accommodation comprises of a spacious open plan living and dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms and utility room. Good size bedrooms with super king and twin beds. The apartment has a balcony/terrace area and private garden which overlooks a fantastic complex with shared pool (including children’s pool) and surrounding garden area. A very quiet and peaceful location.

The master bedroom has a super king bed and there are twin beds in the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have showers.

Further details outdoors:
As the apartment is on the ground floor you will benefit from a balcony/terrace area and small private garden. The pool area is a very peaceful and safe environment with sea views, sunbed area surrounded by plenty of greenery and flowers. There is patio seating for 6 along with 2 sun loungers, 2 pool chairs & sun canopy. There is also a poolside shower.

On booking we require £250 of the rental cost, this is non refundable.

Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival and a £150 breakage deposit should be paid at the same time, this is fully refundable at the end of your holiday if no damage has occured and is paid within 1 week of your departure.

Durations of less than 1 week can be arranged, for stays of less than 1 week a final cleaning charge of £70 is payable.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Majorca has a fantastic climate, full of charm with lots of different places to visit. Whether you’re looking for a lazy beach holiday or more of an adventure there is something for everyone! Palma with its long history and elegant bars and cafes, not to mention, an excellent shopping centre.

The Porto Cristo / Cala Magrana area

There are a number of lovely coved beaches within a 10 minute walk and also within a 5 mile radius, a good selection of local restaurants and bars or you can go into nearby Porto Cristo to experience a wider choice of eating venues and exceptional views overlooking the Harbour.

You can visit Porto Cristo with its lovely harbour, restaurants and shops or maybe go to the famous Caves of Drach. You can scuba dive or go out in a dive boat to snorkel in the clear warm waters of the Med or even take a seacat around the fantastic coastal area. Every Sunday morning there is a small local market (lovely costume jewellery for the ladies!).

Cala Magrana is located just 45 minutes from Palma Airport (mainly on new dual carriageway). Majorca is such a popular destination there are a number of cheap airlines which fly regularly into Palma.

There are many car hire companies that offer excellent rates. Ideally you should choose a company that has an office in Palma Airport to make collection/drop off easier. For example: Record, Hasso, Do You Spain, Europcar.
