This elegant penthouse apartment is situated in the quiet beach resort of Cala Mandia. The three bedrooms are all very large with en-suite to master and family bathroom with shower and bath. The front terrace is ideal for alfresco dining and large roof terrace has sunshine from sunrise till sunset and a suntan is guaranteed. If you need to cool down the fully air conditioned property will provide this.
The property easily accommodates 6 people. And there is enough room to relax. Included in the apartment is a utilty room with washing machine, Sky Tv for your convenience as well as CD stereo and DVD player. The large private pool for the community is secluded and is a hit with the kids and an area to relax with sun beds supplied, The kids will love the pool and the shallow shelving beach at Cala Mandia as well as the other two beaches with in walking distance of 5 mins, the snorkelling is amazing.
Cala Mandia is a quiet relaxed resort with a few bars and restaurants and is low rise only. Within 10 mins there are several resorts with varied night life from discos in Sa Coma to high end restaurants in Porto Colom.
For Families or couples this area of Mallorca is beautiful and you will be sure to return in the future.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is the largest of the Balearics and offers something for all, the cathedral of Palma, Soller, Valldemosa are all places of exception and the white sandy beaches are all around the island. Especially on the east coast are the hidden coves and perfect sandy beaches that surround Cala Mandia.
The fishing port of Porto Christo is 5 mins away and offers chic shops, cafes and the port with its boats and restaurants. The caves of drachs are in the entrance to the port and are a must.
Porto Cristo area
Cala Mandia is a low rise beach resort with a few bars and shops. Porto Christo is 5 mins away with shops, bars and Sunday market.
There are several other resorts within 10/15mins either way to fill a completed vacation if required.
There is a Superb golf course at Val dor 5 mins away. Horse riding in the resort. With water sports all around the area.
How to get there
Cala Mandia is approx 50 mins away from the airport, follow santanyi out of the airport to Manacor then to Porto Christo and then Cala Mandia.
There are numerous airlines that fly to Palma, incl easyjet, BMI, Jet2, British Airways, Berlin Air, Ryan Air, Monarch. A useful site is www.skyscanner.net for comparison.
On the airport there are dozens of taxis at a cost of approx 65 euros.
Also on the airport are car hire companies and a personal recommendation is Goldcar rental.

Central heating is fitted to all rooms for any possible winter stays.
Further details outdoors: Set in private location with beautiful communal gardens and landscaped private gardens to neighbours, the large pool is well presented and is surrounded by large bathing areas with numerous sun beds available, it is very private and generally you will have the pool to yourself.
The terrace from the living area has table and chairs for dining and the very large roof terrace has sunbeds and plenty of room for the bar-b-q.

This privately owned apartment is non smoking and is child friendly, but due to access at 1st floor may not be suitable for wheelchair users. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and remaining due 8 weeks before departure when keys and information pack will be sent.
Ideally departure by 11am and arrival from 3pm, but we are very accommodating if possible due to flight times and will assist when we can.
We can accept payment by euro or sterling direct to bank if required.
A £65 cleaning charge is payable in addition to the accommodation total.
A £100.00 breakage deposit is required on all stays and will be refunded on confirmation of no damages.
