Additional private rooftop sun terrace . The apartment is 100 sq metres (not including roof terrace) has a separate kitchen and comfortably sleeps 4. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes,the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The roof terrace has lighting for an evening barbeque or for just relaxing and enjoying the sea views. This modern apartment is bright and tastefully furnished ,with sateliteTV . There is a large attractive communial pool with children's section overlooking the sea. Set in a quiet residential area with well kept gardens ,the complex offers a relaxing holiday for families or couples, yet is close to all amenities. A short walk takes you to the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Aquilla .The very spanish town of Porto Cristo with its many restaurants/bars and beautiful harbour is only a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by car. English speaking letting agent resides on the complex.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca offers all round sunshine . Winter months are ideal for walking, cycling along the coastline and the unspoilt interior. It offers a contrast of lively resorts or quiet resorts beautiful sandy .beaches and remote coves. Water sports are abundent and many golf courses have sprung up.Restaurants are varied and seafood is exellent. To the north of porto Cristo are the larger resorts of CalaMillor andCala Bona. To the south is the popular resort of Calas de Mallorca.The second largest town on the island to Palma is Manacor situated 15km inland . Designer shops /cafes and during the summer evening cart racing is held here.From Manacor you can catch a train to Palma city.
Porto Cristo / Cala Magrana area
Porto Cristo ( a 20 - 25 minute walk from the apartment ) is a medium sized town ,has a beautiful marina and seaside prominade. Running along the length of the marina is a strip of bars and restaurants with a very spanish atmosphere. Stylish restaurants can be found here along the front (seafood a speciality.) Festivals of all kinds are held here throughout the summer months. Behind the beach is a shady prominade with pavement cafes and restaurants. Water sports and diving are also popular here. Cycling paths take you north and south from porto cristo. Thr famous caves of Drach are located here ,a very popular attraction with tourists.Boat excursions around the island are popular from here .Fishing enthusiasts can cast their rods around the marina. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Aquilla is a 10 minute walk from the apartment or 2 minutes by car with ample parking. This is a beautiful large white sandy cove with a beach bar and life guard.Tennis is within walking distanceof the apartment. There is a land train every half hour which runs near the apartments during the summer months to Cala Mandia beach and Porto Cristo.

Further details indoors: The apartment is on the first floor and is an end apartment ,so has extra windows on the side . All the rooms come off of a central hallway, giving added privacy for couples/ families sharing. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and shower with views over gardens and sea. The pool can be viewed to the left of the balcony and roof terrace, with views of the sea ahead and to the right. The apartment has a lovely large landscaped lawned area with shrubs directly in front and seaviews beyond this . The apartment has satelite TV. Towels and bedlinen are also provided.Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes,with ample hanging space.Their is a separate kitchen with all mod cons . The roof terrace has lighting and table and chairs for outside dining plus barbeque and ample space for sun beds.Use of sunbeds /chairs and shades is included. Please note a cot can be hired from our letting agent, already set up on arrival.
Further details outdoors: The complex has a total of 60 apartments ,built by Taylor Woodrow and completed in 2005. There are steps leading down to a small rocky cove by the complex .The nearest beach is at Cala Aquilla ,2 minutes by car or 10 minute walk.

Renters are required to pay a deposit of 25% (non-refundable) at the time of booking and the remainder of the balance 4 weeks before departure. We prefer weekend change over dates during the high season,July / August. In order to service the apartment on same change over days, renters are required to vacate the apartment by 11 am at the latest on day of departure. We aim to have the apartment ready for occupancy by 5 pm on day of arrival.There is an element of flexibility to these times where the apartment is vacant .
CANCELLATION POLICY: After receipt of the deposit we consider the apartment let and would expect to receive full payment . If you wish to cancel after paying the deposit we would make every effort to re let the apartment for the period concerned( by showing the period as vacant on our website.) Obviously the greater the period before departure the better. If the apartment is successfully re let for the period concerned we would offer you a full refund including the deposit.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Please note bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights . If required extra days can be added to full weeks ,the extra cost is calculated by dividing the weekly rate by 7. We can offer shorter stays of less than a week.We ask for an additional 60 euros for cleaning on short stays of less than 7 days.
If required a cot can be hired from our letting agent at a cost of £20 per week( which is set up on arrival.)
During the high season July , August, we prefer weekend change overs , either Sat or Sunday .
For residents outside the United Kingdom we can accept payment in euros through bank transfer.

Denise/Tony We have just got back from our holiday in your apartment in Cala magrana.We had a fantastic time and we thought the accomdation was first class.The setting and position was ideal and although we had been to the complex two years previous we felt that your apartment was in a better location and laid out really nice. One down side was we had to come home. i hope in the future to go back to Cala Magrana and we would like to use your apartment again when we do.
