The Villa is located in a quiet cul de sac and is set in it's own private garden. There are two large sun terraces with french doors from each leading into the lounge area. The south facing garden and terraces receive sun from morning until night, with an external portico leading from the rear of the lounge providing shade when required. External dining facilities are provided and normally located in the portico area.
Although benefitting from an extremely quiet and private location, the Villa is less than 10 minutes walk from beautiful white sand beaches, shops and bar & restaurant facilities. Villa Promesa is particularly suited to couples looking for a very well equipped quiet private location in the sun in which to celebrate a special occasion such as honeymoon, anniversary ,but within easy reach of superb restaurants, It is equally suited to families,particularly as there is space within the garden for children to play. The Villa was first occupied in October 2006, at which time it was newly furnished to a very high standard with lovely furniture purchased from a local manufacturer in Porto Cristo.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
The East coast of Mallorca is perfect for a relaxing holiday. yet providing fantastic fish restaurants on the beach, marvellous steak restaurants plus bars and shops for all your needs. The small coves and beaches along this coast never seem to become overcrowded, even in peak season. The result is a series of most pleasing clean beaches with clear blue waters. The larger coastal towns are well serviced by supermarkets with a good range of foodstuffs. Cala Millor,approximately 15 minutes drive from Villa Promesa, has numerous shops with designer labels, sea front bars, restaurants, with banking facilities, and other practical requirements available in the shopping area set back frrom the main promenade.
Porto Cristo / Cala Magrana area
Villa Promesa is approximately 5 mins walk to stunning Cala Anguila beach (pictured), large sandy beach with very gentle slope into water. It is not visible from the road so is a real hidden treasure. Sunbeds and shades available to hire. There is great restaurant on the beach. A second beach is 10 mins walk to Cala Mandia again beautiful beach in the centre of the village with shops/restaurants nearby.
Heading north in the opposite direction, the beautiful Spanish town of Porto Cristo is approximately 10 minutes walk away, passing the famous tourist attraction of the Caves del Drach en route. Originally a traditional Mallorcan fishing village, Portocristo now has a fantastic marina housing some of the largest private yachts cruising the mediterranean. There is a large choice of bars and restaurants overlooking both the marina and Portocristo beach. Away from the beach front, Portocristo has developed into a lovely town, with plenty of shops supporting tourists, many of which sell traditional Mallorcan products, ideal for an afternoon stroll.
How to get there
Fly to Palma airport from most UK & European airports. Budget airlines include Flyglobespan, Easyjet, BMIbaby, Thomsonfly, jet2 and Monarch. The Villa is a very easy 45 minute drive from Palma airport on motorway Car hire available from all the major car hire companies within the airport arrivals hall. There is a train service from Palma to Manacor where a short taxi ride will take you to the apartment Taxi from the airport to the apartment will cost approximately 65 euros.

Further details indoors: The rear double bedroom has french doors opening onto the rear sun terrace and en-suite facilities which include a double shower. The front bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have secure vented shutters to allow cool air to be circulated whilst sleeping.
Both bathrooms have natural light with power showers. A full bath is present in the main bathroom to the front of the property.
The kitchen is very well equipped with full size appliances and all required pots, pans, crockery etc
The open plan living/dining area benefits from a large comfortable seating area with an L shaped sofa and a large dining table with seating for 6 people. The room is very light as it benefits from two sets of French doors, which also provide a nice cooling breeze during the very warm weather.
External dining facilities are provided together with sunshade umbrella, loungers, etc. The external utility room contains a washing machine, barbeque, beach inflatables etc.

The Villa is set in it's own garden which is large enough to play swingball, badminton, french boules etc

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Cleaning is to be paid locally at 100 euros, left in the Villa at the end of your stay to be collectd by the cleaner prior to cleaning being completed. Additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay at the same rate should you require. 25% deposit to be made when booking, final payment 6 weeks before departure. In addition to and payable with final payment, a refundable deposit of £ 100 will be required to be paid. This will be refunded within two weeks of departure upon satisfactory inspection of the Villa. The villa should be vacated by 11-00 on day of departure (unless special agreement with owner) The villa will be available by 15-00 on day of arrival (unless special agreement with owner)
