The apartment is close to a number of beaches all with white sands. Playa Anguila is within a short walk and is set within a secluded cove. Porto cristo itself has a beach set back from the road. The apartment is approx 20km from 5 golf courses, 4 of which are 18 hole, and 10km from Vall Dor Golf Club.The Porto Cristo Novo Tennis Club is only a few minutes walk.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
The east coast of mallorca is unspoilt and offers some of the best landscapes on the island.
Mallorca is the largest of the balearic islands and arguably one of the mediterraneans foremost tourist centres. Porto Cristo, a sailing port and marina is located in the reqion of manacor,on the unsoilt eastern coast of Mallorca.an area that boasts a coastline of 27 kilometers, including the Caves of Drac, and has sceneary ranging from flower filled villages to dramatic mountains and secluded coves with perfect sandy villages.
Majorca or Mallorca, whatever way you prefer to spell it, and whatever way you wish to pronounce it, is the largest of Balearic Islands, and along with its sister islands of Menorca and Ibiza, lies in the Mediterranean Sea off the south east coast of mainland Spain. Flying time from most UK airports is around 2 - 2.1/2 hours and on arrival local time is one hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time. The first recognisable landmark on the final approach before landing will be the magnificent 14th Century Gothic cathedral at nearby Palma, and the sight of it from the air never ceases to take your breath away.
Porto Cristo / Cala Magrana area
The apartment is situated within easy walking distance to 2 quiet beaches with white sand and unspolit landsacping and a number of local supermarkets. Porto cristo is within 2km and has a host of restaurants and bars, and a market every sunday, there is also a beach and marina with boat trips daily around the coastline .There are also the famous caves of drac, which are known all over the world.Inside you can admire Martel Lake,one of hte largest underground lakes in the world. There,concerts of classical music are performed daily.
The beauty of these caves is considered to be exceptional because of the lighting, planned and carried out by Dr. Buigas. The caves are open to the public all year round.
How to get there
Cala Magrana is easily accessable to Palma Airport, within 1 hours drive on the newly constructed highway.

Further details indoors: Our 2 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2 storey unit. The complex is well maintained and only has 62 apartments (all privately owned).
The apartment has spectacular views over the Mediterranaean sea and has ample landscaping areas, in which a communal swimming pool and pool area for children can be found.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms,both of which have wardrobe space. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower and an additional bathroom with a walk in shower. Both bathrooms have modern white fittings and both fully tiled.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a modern white and beech finish and includes oven, hob, intergrated dishwasher , frige/freezer and microwave. The washing machine is located in the utility room at the rear of the apartment.
The lounge and dining room is fully equipped and includes 2 sofas. There are double doors which lead onto a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. The terrace overlooks the pool area with views of the mediterranean sea. There is also a small private garden to the apartment.
The apartment has ceramic floor tiling throughout and has the benefit of air conditioning, essential in those hot summer months)
