Cala Magrana Penthouse is located just two minutes’ walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Porto Cristo. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive to the larger resorts such as Cala D'Or and Pollenca, the penthouse has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The complex benefits from its own community pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for couples or families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The town and resort of Porto Cristo is about a 15 - 20 min walk away from the Apartment. Originally a fishing village Porto Cristo is a friendly family seaside resort in a superb position at the end of a long sheltered inlet. It has a beach, modern marina and variety of shops and restaurants. There are lots of local and Island attractions.

How to get there
Fly to Palma airport from most UK & European airports. Budget airlines include Flyglobespan, Easyjet, BMIbaby, Thomsonfly, jet2 and Monarch. The apartment is a very easy 45 minute drive from Palma airport on motorway Car hire available from all the major car hire companies - try Hasso www.hasso-rentacar.com/car_hire_majorca/hasso_majorca_weather_forecast.php There is a train service from Palma to Manacor where a short taxi ride will take you to the apartment Taxi from the airport to the apartment will cost approximately 65 euros.

Further details indoors: The penthouse apartment is 100 sq meters in total (not inc. roof terrace) and is tastefully decorated. Large open plan living and dining area, with a large balcony and additional sun roof terrace with dining table and chairs, sun loungers and beautiful sea views. The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes Master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The fully fitted Ariston kitchen is also equipped with water purifier for drinking water on tap. The utility room has washing machine, ironing board and iron. English speaking property manager on site.

Conditions
Strictly no smoking including on the balcony and solarium. A 25% non-refundable deposit payable upon booking. The full balance payable 8 weeks before your departure. Penthouse will be available from 3pm unless previously arranged. Departure - Penthouse vacated by 11am to facilitate cleaning/checking etc. A £100 cheque as security deposit for Penthouse keys, parking remote pad, breakages etc. must be sent when paying balance. This will be returned when Penthouse has been inspected. Property not suitable for babies and very young children. There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access but the apartment is not specifically adapted for wheelchair use.
