Impressive 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with patios front and rear. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard which includes all modern appliances washer,dryer,cooker ,microwave ,etc This fully airconditioned apartment also includes sky tv dvd.cd in lounge and master bedroom , The apartment also has excellent sea views and is situated directly in front of pool area with private garden . There is a large communal pool with children's section overlooking the sea offering superb views of the mediterranean and always a sea breeze. The apartment has 2 main bedrooms and also offers a bed settee. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and fully fitted wardrobes in each room. Sofa bed in lounge if required. A truly relaxing holiday for families or couples, and also an ideal position close to the pool area for families with young children.

We don't have any set rules regarding arrival and departure times to and from the apartment this is totally dependant on the arrival or departure times of previous guests .
For those people travelling with infants we can supply a cot free of charge along with bedding, we also have a sterilizer for sterilizing baby utensils. Location of apartment is perfect for families with young children or if you prefer to be close to the pool area .
Conditions
No smoking allowed in the apartment .
No pets allowed.
All bed linen and towels provided except for beach towels.
On booking we require £250 of the rental cost,this is non refundable.
Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival and a £150 breakage deposit is required at the same time,this is fully refundable at the end of your holiday if no damage has occured and is paid within 1 week of departure. Duration for less than 1 week can be arranged but for stays of less than 4 days a final cleaning charge of 70 euros is payable. If the apartment is occupied by a fifth person then a laundry charge of 40 euros per booking is required.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.

Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic islands and probably has the most contrast when compared to the smaller islands of Ibiza and menorca with a unique unspoilt coastline with sandy beaches and coves that can be found literally all over the island and then to hills and mountains with scenery that cannot be matched elswhere. Mallorca has so much variety its unbelievable something for everybody it caters for all tastes holiday maker or traveller it cant be beat. The whole island from north to south only takes 1 -2 hours to drive around so with there being so many interesting places to visit its worth hiring a car. With sunshine for most of the year its ideal for walkers golfers or sun worshippers making it a perfect all year round holiday destination.
The Porto Cristo / Cala Magrana area
Cala Magrana at Porto Cristo Novo is on the East coast of the island a short distance from Manacor and Cala d,or . The beautiful picture postcard port of Porto Cristo made famous by the Caves of Drach is only a 20 minute walk from the apartment and not to be missed with its luxury yachts and beautiful restaurants and shops. A 16th century church overlooks the harbour its truly a magical place to visit and not to be missed.

The owners were very helpful when booking, went the extra mile etc. good directions, easy to find. good location, fabulous complex, very friendly, we are very fussy when it comes to cleanliness and we were very pleased to find that this apartment was very clean as well as spacious, well equipped & modern, very helpful information of the local area, restaurants etc in the apartment provided by the owners. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was perfect, this was our second visit to this apartment, We would love to stay again. |

We stayed here for a week in July 2011 and split our holiday to stay in Santa Ponsa for a week aswell. As a family of 5 with 3 older teenagers it was just what we were looking for a relaxing start to the holiday.We got a "Big Shop" in on the 1st day of our stay from a supermarket in Porto Cristo and topped up with provisions from the local shop 5 mins away. The accomodation was furnished to a very high standard with modern furniture, satellite TV etc, it was very clean and well equiped. Having two girls, the two bathrooms proved to be an additional bonus. In the centre of the complex there is a large communial pool we had our own (two) sun loungers,the childrens part of the pool is just outside the apartment which I suppose is ideal if you need to keep an eye on your kids from the patio. The grounds and gardens were immaculately maintained and the pool was cleaned daily.The local beach is idyllic, It's about a 10 minute walk and finally down a set of steps but don't let this put you off, as the walk is through a lovely residential area with some fantastic homes to look at en-route. The beach has soft sand and the usual loungers and parasols for hire.There is a beach bar that serves food and drink all day long with a second beach around the headland which has a lovely restaurant perched on the waters edge, it's one not to be missed. As we were in the height of the season we walked into Porto Cristo mainly in the evenings and ate in and around the Port area,be careful though as this can be a bit pricey but lovely all the same,a taxi back was around 8 euro. Make sure you include the Porto Cristo Sunday Market and a mooch around the church in your to do's. All in all, a fantastic place to stay and would certainly recommend if you want to chill out. disappointed on arrival, apartment not clean arrived with my husband an 2 children aged 5 and 3 and immediately had to buy cleaning products to clean bathroom and kitchen.contacted the owner who was not overly interested. also waited 3 weeks for damage deposit to be returned. on a positive complex and surrounding really lovely and kids loved the pool |
