This ground floor apartment has a beautiful sea view from the patio and is set in established gardens with direct access to a wonderful pool which has a children's play area. The apartment has plenty of living space to accommodate 5-6 people, the living and dining area is open plan and when in the kitchen you can still chat to people in the lounge.Perfect for families or couples.
The apartment is stylish and modern, with air conditioning through out and furnished to a very high standard which includes all modern appliances washer,dryer,dishwasher,cooker ,microwave ,tv with dvd player.
Both bedrooms are doubles with twin beds and have adjoining bathrooms. The sofa in the lounge doubles up as an extra bed if needed.
The picturesque town of porto cristo is 3km away which has a local market every sunday. There are a number of lovely coved beaches within a 5 mile radius, with Cala Aguila only 1km away which has a lovely beach bar. The apartment is stylish and modern and a real 'home from home'

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands and has many visitors every year. There are many places of interest to visit. The Island has some spectacular scenery and still has some secluded beaches. The most famous places to visit on the Island are Soller, Port de Soller & Valldemosa, these beautiful places are to be found on the south west side of the Island. There is also Palma with its gothic cathedral; There are many bars, restaurants and plenty of shops for you to enjoy in the capital. In the North of the Island there is Formentor, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.
We are very lucky because we have a huge amount of attractions for the children as well, There are around 5 different water parks: Aqualand & western water park are the most popular. There are some excellent nights out for all the family, here on the island we have The Pirates Adventure and Son Amar.
Porto Cristo / Cala Magrana area
Porto Cristo Novo is situated just 5 minutes by car from Porto Cristo. Porto Cristo houses the most famous tourist attraction on the Island - The Caves of Drach. If you are interested in visiting the caves then there are hourly visits all the way through the day. People with walking difficulties are not advised to visit as there are over 100 steps leading into the caves. There are many beaches in this area, the most local one is Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo also has its own beach. Every Sunday there is a small local market in Porto Cristo, where all the locals go to buy all the weeks groceries. There are plenty of good restaurants over looking the marina where you can enjoy some excellent sea food. From the marina you can take a boat trip up the coast to the other resorts and beaches. 2 minutes away from Cala Magrana is the small resort of Cala Mandia, there are some shops and restaurants and a couple of hotels there.
How to get there
Cala Magrana is located just 45 minutes from Palma Airport.
Mallorca is very accessible from all U.K. airports. All major airlines fly here e.g. Easy Jet, Thomsonfly, British Midland, Globespan and Ryan Air are starting new routes from March 2007. Car hire.
There are many car hire companies that offer excellent rates; ideally you should choose a company that has an office in Palma Airport to make collection easier. Some of the companies that operate from the Airport are Gold car, Europcar, Avis & Hertz.

Further details outdoors: Being on the ground floor you benifit from a small private garden and terrace that is not over looked. The grounds on this complex are very well kept and there is plenty of greenry and flowers. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the blue mediterrean sea. There are sun loungers in the apartment that are available to use around the pool.
