Home description
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with lovely sea views . The apartment has a separate kitchen and utility room and comfortably sleeps 4. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes,the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard, satelite TV/DVD/CD is also available. There is a large attractive communal pool with children's section overlooking the sea. Set in quiet , landscaped gardens ,the apartment offers a relaxing holiday for families or couples. A short walk takes you to the beautiful safe sandy beach of Cala Anguila close to a local shop and restaurant. Porto Cristo with its many restaurants, shops and beautiful harbour and beach is only a 20 minute walk away. Our apartment offers a home from home atmosphere, it is privately managed so, again, giving you that personal feel should need any advice or help. It is the owners own holiday home and therefore not a commercial enterprise.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Majorca is one of the most popular and enjoyable holiday getaways in Europe. With sun for most of the year it's the ideal location for golfers, walkers and sun worshippers making it a perfect year round holiday destination. It offers a wonderful array of shops and restaurants and great nightlife.
The whole island only takes 1-2 hours to drive from North to South & has plenty of lovely places to visit from old Mallorcan farmhouses, museums, vineyards, local markets , water parks plus a great choice of golf courses.
Porto Cristo / Cala Magrana area
Porto Cristo is a pleasant 20 minute walk from the apartment , for the less enegetic there is a land train every half hour which runs near the apartments during the summer months to local beaches and Porto Cristo. The town of Porto Cristo has a beautiful marina and a great beach, water sports and diving are also popular here. A wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars can be found with something to suit all tastes. A local market featuring a wide range of local produce and goods can be found near the beach every Sunday morning.
The famous caves of Drach are located here ,a very popular tourist attraction. Boat excursions are available at the harbour which take you to various points around the island. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Anguila is a 10 minute walk from the apartment or 2 minutes by car . For the more energetic a tennis club is within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.
How to get there
-Fly to Palma airport from a wide variety of UK & European airports -Cala Magrana is approximately 45 minutes drive from the airport -Cheap flights are available from various airlines including, bmibaby, Monarch , Jet2 and EasyJet -Car hire available from all the major rental companies -Train service from Palma to Manacor followed by a short taxi ride to Cala Magrana -Taxi from the airport to Cala Magrana will cost approximately 65 euros.

On booking we require £250 of the rental cost, this is non refundable.
Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival and a £150 breakage deposit should be paid at the same time, this is fully refundable at the end of your holiday if no damage has occured and is paid within 1 week of your departure.
Durations of less than 1 week can be arranged, for stays of less than 1 week a final cleaning charge of £70 is payable.
