Villa Ca
era is one of four pretty villas on a peaceful agricultural estate in eastern Mallorca. The landscape here is beautiful- rolling hills, woodland, mountains and farmland stretching for miles. This rural location means it is perfectly quiet with just the birds to disturb the silence. All the same, it is not isolated and is just 3km from the sea at Porto Cristo, a lovely town that has maintained its typical Spanish fishing village feel.

Also nearby is the larger lively town of Manacor, excellent golf courses, restaurants and of course beaches, many of which offer all sorts of water sports, sailing and even scuba-diving.

The Villa itself shares the large 160,000sqm grounds with the other properties since there are no high walls or boundaries but all the same each is separated by its own garden with large trees keeping guests´ privacy.

The garden is the largest of the four villas on site and boasts incredible views of the mountains beyond. There is an extensive lawn and a pool with a sun deck equipped with sun loungers. The pool is tended to on a daily basis.

There is also a huge porch which can be opened on all sides to the garden with multiple sets of French doors, and houses a dining table and chairs and a comfortable lounge area so you can enjoy the fresh air in the shade.



Interior

The house combines a traditional Mallorcan and modern look to create a very pleasant atmosphere which is both elegant and friendly.

On entering guests are greeted by a cozy living room with sofas, fireplace and satellite television and DVD player. This leads onto a li
ary and an independent dining room. The ground floor living space is completed by a fully-equipped kitchen so you can prepare meals and snacks whenever suits you, ideal for a stress-free holiday.

Two of the three bedrooms are also on the ground floor, one a double and one a twin, both of which have their own bathrooms.

The first floor is accessed by an external staircase and houses the third and final bedroom, another spacious twin with an en suite bathroom.

All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.


Cleaning and towel changes take place three times a week, so although you have all the benefits of independent accommodation you still have the advantage of the excellent service expected in a hotel.



Ideal for a family or small group looking for a peaceful location to be able to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Mallorca away from the crowds.
