About the home

The Villa is cleaned and well maintained comes fully equipped. You will find a large sized kitchen, 2 toilets both with showers and a living room with fireplace and a TV (with some basic SKY chan.) Large kitchen, fully equipped, house well maintained and clean. Pool cleaned frequently at your stay. Outside in garden you will find sun beds, table and chairs for dining, a large parasol and a BBQ. 3 bedroom Villa with private pool in a tranquil area just 300 meters from beach.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

The East coast of Mallorca is perfect for a relaxing holiday. yet providing fantastic fish restaurants on the beach, marvellous steak restaurants plus bars and shops for all your needs. The small coves and beaches along this coast never seem to become overcrowded, even in peak season. The result is a series of most pleasing clean beaches with clear blue waters. The larger coastal towns are well serviced by supermarkets with a good range of foodstuffs.

The Porto Cristo / Cala Mendia area

Villa Linda is approximately 3mins walk to stunning Cala Mandia beach large sandy beach with very gentle slope into water. It is not visible from the main road so this area is a real hidden treasure. Sunbeds and shades available to hire. There is great restaurant on the beach and a second and third beach is within few minutes walk.

Heading north about 3km the beautiful Spanish town of Porto Cristo appears and on the way you pass the famous tourist attraction Caves del Drach.

Originally a traditional Mallorcan fishing village, Portocristo now has a fantastic marina housing some of the largest private yachts cruising the Mediterranean. There is a large choice of bars and restaurants overlooking both the marina and Portocristo beach. Away from the beach front, Portocristo has developed into a lovely town, with plenty of shops supporting tourists, many of which sell traditional Mallorcan products, ideal for an afternoon stroll.

Cala Mandia is located on the east coast just 3km south of Porto Cristo
To get there with a car from the Airport;
just follow Santanyi out of the airport then follow signs for Manacor,
arriving in Manacore you se the signs to Porto Cristo and then Cala Mandia.
Its easy to find and the trip is about 45 min.

Pick-up at the Airport can be arranged for a fee normally around 80 € / way

“Great for beaches, comfortable accomodation, very nice holiday” We had a great stay. Mike very pleasant to do business with. Not 5* but a really smart and modern, detached bungalow that sleeps at least 4 adults and 2/3 kids. I enjoyed the villa with just my wife and baby. Private pool a bonus,nice to swim in with plenty of loungers and outdoor furniture. More comfortable to be honest then some 5* i stayed in. Space and privacy a bonus. Nice location to drive around the island. Visitied lovely Palma and Soller, nice to return to quieter pace of Cala Mendia which is realy nice and pleasant to drive around taking in views of the coast. The villa is on a nice quiet residential road. Very close , 5 mins to the beaches. Beaches nearby all very nice , immaculate clear blue sea, recommend to explore all the beaches within 10 mins walk of the villa. Local ammenities few but good, on one occasion got to dinner lat and restaurants open with service until 11 or after and stay open longer for drinks. Great for a family vacation or friends looking to relax.

“Great Villa - Excellent Location” The owner, Mike, was very helpful. When we were booking he was glad to answer all of our queries. The villa is great. Situated near some good restaurants and beaches, it is perfect to either relax by the pool or lounge on the beach. The gardens and pool are very private, so it is easy to relax outside. Inside, the living room is great if you want to get out of the sun for a while with excellent air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped if you fancy a change from eating out. The three teenagers staying with us were well occupied and would be more than happy to return. Overall, a nicely located villa with a relaxing vibe.
