Luxury spacious apartment that is well furnished. It has air conditioning. The complex is well kept with large swimming pool and separate children's pool with sun loungers and fantastic sea views.
The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to the Cala Marcal beach. Shops, restaurants and the harbour are all within 10 mins from the complex, so a car is not essential if you are looking for a beach/pool holiday.
Porto Colom is on the South East Coast and is an old fishing port.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Porto Colom is located on the South East Coast of Mallorca, 45 mins from Palma Airport. Porto Colom is an old fishing village with a large harbour where you can get day trip boats up and down the coast.
Visit the famous Caves of Drach at Porto Cristo (15 mins drive from Porto Colom), coach trips are available. The historical monastery at San Salvador (15 mins drive) can be seen from Porto Colom
Mallorca has a warm climate with high temperatures in June, July and August.

Porto Colom is a small fishing village, there are several sandy beaches in the area, the nearest being less than 5 mins from the complex at Cala Marcal.
There are boat trips to other beaches in the area and to Cala D'or which is a 15 minute drive away. The Val D'or Golf course if 5 mins drive from the complex.

Most airlines fly daily to Palma De Mallorca, for best prices try www.skycanner.com to find the cheapest flight.
Easyjet, Bmibaby and Ryan Air are just a few of the "budget airlines" which fly to Palma.
Most flights are just over 2 hours from the UK.
