From the country lane, double gates give access to substantial covered and open parking areas. Table tennis can be enjoyed here also, benefiting from shade and shelter. From the parking area, double patio doors give access to the lounge / dining room, which also has a fully fitted American Style kitchen and breakfast bar off. Entertainment is provided here by Satellite TV, a DVD Player and a stereo system. A hallway leads to a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms for a small additional charge. The villa is very comfortable, having been recently furnished and equipped for modern living.

A second set of double patio doors gives access to the covered terrace, where there is patio furniture and a brick-built BBQ for ‘Alfresco’ dining. The pleasant, mature gardens include well kept lawns, various trees, shrubs and an ornamental fish pond. Set at the bottom of the garden there is an 8m x 4.5m swimming pool with poolside shower. Sun beds and parasols are provided for a relaxing holiday. The villa offers some sea views from a peaceful countryside location with excellent privacy for a relaxing holiday.
