A little oasis in the city with two bedrooms!

This apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by beautiful gardens, parks and universities. People living in the building all year round and are friendly and caring for neighbors.

The lovely garden set in a patio where you can enjoy the sun, have a barbecue lunch or dinner away from home with all the privacy.

The courtyard is the heart of the apartment, surrounded by a small garden with automatic irrigation, natural composting center and seating area with umbrella.

Here are several flowers, small shrubs, as well as blueberries, raspberries and passion fruit, there is a composter for self sufficiency of soil fertilization.

Fully equipped and furnished, has 2 bedrooms, One has 2 single beds and the other has a double bed, in the room there is a sofa that can be turned into bed.

The apartment has 1 bathroom and is fully equipped and furnished, you do not need to bring anything, has a sofa bed, two maiples,internet wireless 12 MB, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, table and chairs.

A kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, mixer, coffee maker, iron vacuum cleaner, combined cylinder and double refrigerator, the flat is full equiped.

The bathroom has a sink with cupboard, toilet, tub and bidet. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and clothesline.

"Lucky to have found this place"

We were very happy with the living conditions there. The apartment was clean and comfortable with the lovely little backyard. It was fully equipped with bed linen, towels, hair dryer, TV, fully equipped kitchen and even washing machine and dryer. Location itself was nice - close to the old town and metro station. Convenience store was close to the home, as well as a nice local restaurant around the corner. All in all, I can definitely recommend it! Great choice for 3 or 4 people. And if you are lucky to meet the owner Marcelo then you can add a very nice and welcoming person to all above mentioned. Thank you, Marcelo!
