"Comfortable, peaceful and easy to get out and about."

We stayed for a week at the Quillett on Bodrugan Barton Farm about a mile from Mevagissey, Car essential for this accommodation. The peace and quiet was brilliant, The living area opens out to a patio overlooking fields. There are swallows swooping around the eaves of the nearby buildings. The indoor swimming pool is jjust next door. This is not an ultra modern property with high end furniture and fittings and so on but that's not what we were looking for - it is comfortable and clean and ideal for walks, trips out or just plain chilling out. Lost Gardens of Heligan just a few minutes drive. Within half an hour or so you can drive to Truro, Newquay and other attractions. We enjoyed Healeys Cyder Farm, definitely worth a visit.
The owner is very pleasant and on hand if you need anything but doesn't intrude. Just a lovely place to be, away from the noise of urban life.
Can't really say there was anything I didn't like except the few metres of unmade access road immediately outside the main entrance to the farm which had a lot of stone chips and some pot holes which need to be negotiated carefully but I can't say this was a major issue at all.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Lovely to hear you enjoyed your holiday in Cornwall, and we look forward to helping with any future holiday plans!
